Hilton Garden Inn Cupertino

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The room was great, and we received a speedy response to an issue we had with the thermostat.

Clean, quiet and no odors

The location was good. The layout was easy.

The bed was a mattress on a board. It was incredibly uncomfortable. I doubt I will stay at another Hilton.

I had an issue with the bathroom sink. Maintenance came and fixed it immediately after I mentioned it to the front desk.

The rooms were clean and cozy.

The pool had people drinking alcohol with children around them and not staff. My niece and nephew were scared to go because of the people drinking alcohol.

The room was nice and comfortable.

We used the jacuzzi and the jets were not working.

The only drawbsck to the room is the cooling/heating system. One has to call to have either the heat mode or cold mode activated otherwise one cannot manage this within the room. So if the room is too warm at night you either shut the ventilation off...

It was clean and had a nice breakfast too.

The Jacuzzi was out of order and could not use it .

Upon checking in, they offered to request for daily cleaning which is very common. However, when requested at 8 AM on my 3rd day. When I returned, the room was not refreshed. I was told that they were understaffed and we were not on the schedule.

The Air conditioner wasn't loud. Although, it didn't cool as much as I like. The towels and overall was good.

Room was not as clean as I thought it be. Tv remote didn't work. Got it replaced 3 times and still didn't get a working one. Next door's AC was super loud at night.

It was clean and up to date.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. Super weak.

The staff members were excelent..beautiful ladies ..make you feel at home..I've been to alot of hotels and they were among the best..thanks..

I got really hungry because there was nothing to eat.plese bring back food station..

It was very clean and quiet, convenient to the freeway.

They really need a breakfast service, or some food service.

Hotel is in a good location next to a lot of Asian restaurants, Desert places, and grocery stores. The staff was very accommodating seeing that we had a 5 month old baby with us as well.

The pool was closed which is understandable due to COVID.
