Cupertino Hotel

Location

The hotel shower did not have hot water. The bathroom sink had hot water, but no hot water in the shower. I contacted the hotel staff and they said that they would send someone to fix it. They did not. I contacted them the second day too. No improvement.

The location was perfect for our needs. Loved the room location to the center pool. Breakfast was great and hot and the overall Cleves was perfect.

I got 2 Fireplace Suites that was really pricey with no working JACUZZI, I brought it to their attention at the front desk and they mentioned that it had not been working for a few weeks. So there, I overpayed for rooms that JACUZZIS did not work.

Dated. Flickering lights, no fans. Says full kitchen but there was no kitchen

Location by the freeway and close to a shopping mall for dining options. Pool looked great, (didn't use) and breakfast was great. Best breakfast coffee at a hotel for ages. Room was clean and very spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel room location signage could be bigger.

Leaving

I have a service animal and informed the staff of this when we checked in. After we checked out they charged my card a fee for having a pet. I spoke with the girl at the front desk and she said because I had a pet they charged a fee.

Room was clean. ( no wierd smells)Since I was there for surgery it met our needs. Near safeway so that was nice. Met our needs.

Breakfast was so so. Not a lot of healthy options. Tv was small, hot tub was cold. Air conditioning was constantly going on and off. Closed building so no opening window. Elevator worked but a bit funky. Was concerned as reviews here were not great .

Clean room

My room was on the third floor so it was six flights of stairs. I have severe arthritis in my knees and the elevator was out.

Easy to access off freeway

Elevators under renovation, stairwells in horrible condition, overall cleanliness was not great

Hotel was extremely dirty. Elevators were not working. Swimming pool was dirty. Carpets were flithy.

Location.

Had to wait 15 mins to check in, as the person who was attending to the front desk, feel asleep in the office. Had to knock on the office door after calling and waiting. Didn't even apologize when they eventually surfaced.

It looked nice.

Understaffed. Broken elevator. Had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Dirty bathtub. Someone entered my room at 8 am. No help with luggage.

I like that the room had a lot of space and chairs.

The room was clean despite the condition and exterior of building.

In extreme need of renovation. The housekeeping staff do wonders with what they have to work with. The bedding was clean as was the room overall. There is a strange smell in the common areas and and stained. Should not be in that star category.

Convenient location for my work event. Happy hourwas a nice perk as was breakfast. Room was close to lobby/ front door/ parking.

Water stains/ sheetrock buckling in ceiling.

Loud air conditioning. Some of room was in disrepair (e.g., blind slats). Hot tub wasn't working on the second night of our stay.

I was worried that I was locked out when I used my card and hotel room was blank and would not open. I was gone the whole day till 9:30pm and it was dark. I called using my iPhone and had to go to front desk to reactivate. Don¿t know why I was locked out.

The quick response of the staff to various issues that arose.

The first room we were in did not have a usable sink in the coffee area. There were 2 lamps with burned out light bulbs and various other general maintenance issues. Staff was quick to respond, moving us. The new rm had similar maintenance issues.
