Staff was nice, check in and out was easy

Parking is a little tight, breakfast ran out of food options pretty quickly, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall in the bathroom

Convenient, affordable, clean, and besf of all, a great breakfast

It's not terrible, but the lobby, hallways and rooms looked dated (although clean enough).

Great location. Quiet Super clean.room with fridge micro and cofffee maker. Windows open with screens! I have to have that. Nicely set up breakfast (included)room. A lot of thought put into it. Yet not watched as we ate. Very nice staff. Free parking

That courtyard would be awesome if it was a living garden and we could go there and sit relax. Sheets were the rough lol but I loved the place

my room was noisy

They serve a hot breakfast but you get a better selection if you go early. we booked for eight days but they let us check out after four days without a hitch so we could spend a few days with family.

Every time we went for breakfast there was no flatware or napkins. On one occasion we found plastic forks. Our bathtub drain was clogged and they supposed to unclog it, but it still drained slowly. you can hear people walking on the upper floors

The hotel does exhibit some age, but is well kept, located near family we are visiting, clean, staffing always very accommodating, parking is covered. The daily breakfast is excellent, represents a great value, eliminating the need to go off site.

The entrance to the hotel is a step that could be difficult to cross for elderly people and not passable for a wheelchair.

This is truly a quality property. Feels like it should be in Europe.

That I couldn’t check in even a few minutes early. I would have preferred plain yogurt rather than the little containers of fruity kind. Marvelous breakfast otherwise. Lots of fresh fruit.

Staff is always very nice and welcoming. Very clean rooms. Breakfast always very good with great selection.

Would like a microwave, extra blanket, and 10x mirror in all rooms. Not always included so it is hard to know what to expect/bring on my own. Would love softer sheets too.

The “hot water” was warm at best making the shower quite uncomfortable.

Convenient walking distance to high end restaurants. Close to shopping centers. Very scenic area to walk around. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The rooms feel much more spacious than I first assumed.

When the weather gets very cold, the heating system can't seem to keep up. Some of the staff can have very thick accents making it difficult to understand or otherwise.

The staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bed is very comfortable.
