The garage doesn¿t have enough parking spaces. Had to park on the street . There is no complimentary breakfast. The room was next to some mechanical room that was very noisy

I was genuinely surprised with the quality of the room for what I paid for. I had to double check the price to make sure I didn¿t accidentally book a nicer room. The staff was beyond nice and friendly. I would love to come back here

When I was pulling up someone was being chased by the police so that was interesting lol. The parking seemed slightly limited and tight.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel, free parking great location close to many retail stores, grocery and wide variety of restaurants. I always have a pleasant stay.

Parking in garage limited when hotel is full, but street parking in front or across is available, breakfast a little pricey

Location is great, shopping grocery nearby next to main freeway easy access. Staff was great very accommodating room was spacious very clean. Small section to buy quick bites and bevs. Nice size bar for drinks and and a gane of Pool or go swim in

There's not a microwave in the room, just one on the first floor. I think that's the idea--they want you to buy there somewhat pricey sandwiches.

There were zero USB ports to charge my phone, which was odd since the headboard was a circuit board and the hotel it¿s self is in the center of the tech industry of the world.

Slowest elevators on the planet. downstairs parking filled up at night. lobby bar was not being used, perhaps due to it being the weekend.

Location, rooms, staff. Been here more than once which is why I continue to return.

Did not have conditioner and room was too dark, not enough lights.

Very clean, super friendly staff. My 4 year old kept saying, mommy I like this hotel. And the beds are sooooooo soft!

Location, price

Was unable to use the AC when having Zoom meetings, it was too loud. There was also a periodic noise that came and went.

Generally, rooms were in good (relatively new) condition and clean. Didn't use lobby amenities (eg., pool table, lounge areas, pool, gym,...) but they seem to be good. Parking is easy. Staff was prompt with towel/robe delivery upon request.

Shower not very clean. Tile choice (1"x12" wall tiles results in lots of grout areas which get dirty/moldy easily) requires extra cleaning efforts which wasn't done. At checkout, no one was at front desk (waited 10 minutes); sign said they stepped away.

Maybe the first impression is good. This is my second stay in three months. I am surprised that the overall quality of the hotel from customer service and hygiene has dropped a lot

I enjoy open windows in room.....none there. Also, I prefer microwave in the room....

I thought the pool was going to be open during Labor day. I called and it wasn't. Couldn't get a refund.

I deserved a refund as their website mentioned pool. Nothing closed until I called the night before but it wasn't within the 24 hour cancellation rule.

good location, got a great deal. Wouldn't pay full asking price for the hotel.

It's the Marriott '70s brand. Rooms are smaller, reminds you of an old dorm, old looking decor. Not my favorite place, but worth it for the discount for the location.

Staff=incompetent. They had a different address in another country listed on my account, they charged me for incidentals which was supposed to be a hold (I've stayed at many hotels before and know it works). They mistakenly charged my card again.
