- As soon as I pulled the covers of the bed down I saw a bed bug running across the sheets. Left immediately and still waiting for a refund.
- The bed was uncomfortable, the room smelled.like cat pee. The check in staff was rude and unhelpful.
- The staff were very rude and did not accommodate my needs. I did not stay at this hotel. It was a mistake booking the hotel and was not refunded, although I tried explaining to the front desk.
