Everything. Ease of check in, ease of access to room, a great breakfast, and top notch employees. A really good experience all around.

Your staff was honest. They put my laptop. I left in my room in the managers office till it could be picked up.

The beds are absolutely comfortable!! Breakfast was perfect!

Bathroom floor had some debris leftover from previous occupants. Kind of gross to be honest.

The first room we were in has stain all over the bed and on the bed sheets too. We were shock because Holiday inn's hotel that we stay at never have this happen to us.

The bed was great, the breakfast options were good and it¿s conveniently located to lots of things.

The staff was amazing! The room was a great size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but they were still comfy. I liked that they had the extra bedding in a bag in the closet. I loved that they offered a mini store.

I wasn't a fan of the hot food offered, but it was edible, so I ate it! lol. There were no towels at the pool (I asked and was told there were some, but there were not) I did love that they had options for drinks, cereals,and pastries for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and my grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool.

For breakfast I would have enjoyed some simple scrambled eggs.

The best thing I liked about Holiday Express & Suites was the hog and cold breakfast they offered. The variety of items offered was extensive and I never had the hotcakes from a machine before. The ability to make up to 4 cakes at a time was cool.

I did not like that my bathroom was not cleaned to what I expected from a Holiday Inn hotel chain. The bathroom floor was dirty and had black scuff marks. The glass door had a soap scum film at least an inch thick. Dirty shower drain floor filthy.

The room was spacious. The electric curtains were awesome! The food was good. Check out on tv was convenient.

The barn door in the bathroom. In the middle of the night, I kept pulling instead of sliding. But, I guess it¿s because I¿m not used to it. It was a nice door though.

NO internet, I called the front desk, they told me how to connect, which I had already tried, instead of helping me further she gave me a number to call myself, called the number, could never connect...who doesn't have internet???

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, great staff, nice breakfast, location fantastic, easy check-in. Only place we will stay now in Chico visiting family. We have stayed here a few times now, and same consistency as I mentioned above. Again the staff is great!

Rooms were very big, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great!

The room was average to small in size, appeared clean.

The breakfast was cold, eggs horrible taste, no toast, no coffee, staff unfriendly, did not clean rooms, did not supply fresh towels until four requests were made. I DO NOT RECOOMEND STAYING THERE.

told a seemingly disinterested male desk clerk that there was no shower jel, and would like more soap. Came back to room and found soap, jel, and more towels, but beds were never made. Breakfast in lobby was slow, inefficient & eggs were terrible

The staff was terrific. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. I'm am a frequent traveler and loyal to other hotel chains. I had not stayed in a Holiday Inn for over 10 years. I was very impressed and would definitely stay again.

What I like best about this hotel were my previous two visits. Centrally located two a variety of restaurants, especially the handle bar tap room right across the parking lot.

The hotel apparently has a policy of taking in vagrants/homeless/ and the mentally ill. My wife stayed there during this trip and felt very unsafe and very uncomfortable. She said they were transients everywhere in the hotel.

Very clean, big room, good bed. Well designed and appointed.
