Nothing, I left as soon as I saw the room. It was disgusting, should have no stars.

Dirty, hairs in bedding, smelled of new paint, live flies and spiders in room, floor was full of dead bugs, and exposed wiring at receptacle where HVAC unit plugged in. Dangerous.

Not acceptable : mice droppings, door would not close, cock roaches, toilet seat cracked (Sat. 6/17/23) Rm. 35? When knowing these problems with the rooms, I went to the Mgr.¿s window and requested to be refunded, and they, my nephew and daughter, woul

See above - move on. From that point, I was speaking to different agent reps., without any verification that I could cancel under the circumstances? A receipt I was sent yesterday, still states $--- In reality I should not be charged anything!

The room was semi-clean but very threadbare. No soap dish in the shower. No Kleenex in the dispenser. Only 1 light bulb in the 2-light bathroom fixture. Smoke detector in the electrical rm beeped all night. Reported this but no response from manager.

Location

No iron for ironing board, had to wail for someone to come to the desk. Room not that clean. Floor carpets need replacing. Heard later someone was recently killed there and it is known for drugs. How it gets AAA approved I don't know.

Very nice room, larger refrigerator than most motels, water was hit and TV was great.

There was no lamp next to the bed, but I had a flashlight so all was good.

There were no lamps on the night stands. The was only one overhead light for the whole room. No Kleenex in the dispenser. The blankets were marginal. Felt I didn¿t get much for the money spent. I guess you don¿t get much of a motel room for $---

Water pressure

Pillows- only two flat pillows Bedding- the bedspread was So small that if we both slept On our sides it did not cover us both.

There was everthang at a walkable distance it was located just 1 1/2 miles from where we had to work the next morning (6mins) away.

They need new shower heads with more water pressure. E erthang else was good.

Location and price

Carpet was dirty, we had to wash our feet after walking on it and leave our shoes on through our stay because carpet was too dirty to walk on it barefoot. Also not enough soap and barely enough toilet paper!

The BED BUG Bites. I woke up and found I had bed bug bites on my chest, arms, back, and on my side. When I confronted the manager, he didn't offer any reconciliation or say he was sorry. Won't stay there again ever!!

Room was basic and somewhat worn, but clean.

There was trash everywhere outside, sidewalk was filthy as you try to walk in the room. Curb stop was smashed and crumbling. There is a county provided security guard which I pressumed was put there for good reasons. Paid for 2 nights, stayed for 1.

Entry to the room was convenient.

TV did not work. Went to call the front desk to complain, but there was no phone in the room. The blanket on the bed was a joke, paper thin. Very poor. The shampoo in the shower was inside of a foil container that was impossible to open. Would NOT return!

The location was the best part of the hotel.

It’s a motel NOT a hotel. There was no hot stove to be found. Our lamp in between the beds did not work. The floors were stained. The toilet needed updating. The front desk person was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered in customer servic

Ended up paying and not staying - drove 180 miles at night to get home. It was filthy - Would not have accepted but I was in desperate need and it was Chico's graduation - but in the end I could not force myself. Go visit - c for yourself.

Microwave didn't work since they advertise it. Not enough conveniency electric plug to charge phone and laptop

The bathroom was dirty, there was a patch on the wall that looked like a face, the curtains had stains on them. We got a smoking room but the smell was way too overwhelming.

Centrally located. Quiet neighborhood. Cheap price. 1 star rating. I got what I paid for.

Faint scent of doggie-do throughout. They steam-cleaned the entire complex. After they were finished it did not smell like wet carpet. It smelled like a wet dog. The headboard for my bed fell off and I was not able to re-attach it. Pillows too small.

Had a nice handicap shower.

Air conditioner blowing out warm air, sink falling off the wall, TV not working. No trash can, no microwave, no refrigerator, no table, no telephone...terrible room

Price but after going in the room it wasn't even worth that
