Quality Inn Near Chico State

The staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was so nice, with a variety to choose from.

It seems to have more room, than parking spaces….

TV STOPPED WORKING THE NIGHT WE ARRIVED FOR OVERNIGHT STAY, STAFF DID OR COULD NOT RESPOND UNTIL NEXT MORNING 10:00, NO ONE CAME. CANNOT ACCESS SHOWER CONTROL FROM THE OUTSIDE, HAVE TO GET IN TO TURN ON. COLD WATER COMES OUT UNTIL WATER GETS HOT.

Clean room and I got my coffee fix, drink 5 to 6 cups a day

Breakfast consists of two dry cereals and waffles with milk and pastries. No eggs or hot food. It's a continental at best. We had to spend more money to get a good breakfast at a restaurant

It was so clean and looked like it had just been remodeled. The lady and the front desk at 4 PM at check-in was very professional and helpful.

Parking was a little sparse but I parked at the restaurant next door (they were already closed for the night).

Door did not seal well and let in a lot of light around the door jam. If it was a cold day, it would have been enough to make a difference in the room.

The rooms are moderns. So nice to see.

The shower was dirty. Hair and conditioner from the last person was still there. The staff was also not very welcoming. The rooms were not ready. They stated the power went out for 4 hours so they were behind. But no accommodations. Parking is horrendous

There is only one ice machine and while the temperature during our stay was over 104 degrees, there was no ice. Also some vehicles were taking up to 6 parking spaces making parking very difficult

Hotel employee at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and it was close to the hotel.

We struggled a bit with parking when we came home late from dinner, but we did find a space eventually.

I love my well rest I received while staying here at this location.

There is nothing I did not like about the hotel, very clean, safe & supportive!

The breakfast room was clean and warm.

There was water gurgling sound in the pipes the entire night, which makes it hard to sleep. I reported that issue to the front desk next morning. I was surprised that she told me that they were aware of that issue. She didn't offer any solutions at all.

It was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly.

Rooms were cleaning and comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was great.

My daughter was moving into Social dorms and the hotel was very close to her and downtown activities.

The room was tight on space but we weren't in the room much so it didn't really affect us.

There was a loud motorcycle or truck that seemed like it was right outside my door. Annoying but it didn¿t last long.
