Breakfast was excellent.

Even though the rooms were immaculate, the hallways were not.

The low price.

Room was cavernous- could have had a more comfortable sofa.

Location, layout of the room, cleanliness, staff.

Only that it needs more hooks or towel bars in bathroom.

Love the King suite. Location is great to walk to the mall, restaurants.

Unfortunately other guests were an issue. Couple fighting in the suite next to us at all hours. Bachelorette party, lots of weed smell in the hall that drifted into our room. Love this hotel but this stay sucked.

Very clean.

When we tried to check in at 1:00 PM the lady at the counter said it would cost me $50 to check in early. When we later came back to check in I reminded the lady that I was a Hilton gold member and I thought that allowed me to check in early. She agreed.

The manager was great! The room we got had a leaky toilet and he moved us to another suite no problem. Breakfast was really good. Loved the gravy! We were close to the mall and walked to dinner every night. Walking distance to the mall like 3 minutes etc.

The toilet in our new room stuck. You had to hold the handle down for it to flush and then the handle would stick sometimes. Just irritating but no big deal

Res last minute (afternoon of) and checked in less than 5 minutes. Front desk was always very nice. Location felt very safe. Room was great, large bathroom, clean. Breakfast was included just limited.

Breakfast area was consistently busy on the weekend. Fresh food came out slowly and ran out quickly. Monday breakfast looked like leftovers (hard boiled eggs). There was 2 elevators but only one of them seemed to work so it tended to be a wait every time.

Very friendly staff. Nice pool comfortable bed, clean rooms, nice toiletries.

The hotel was hard to find because it is in a parking lot.

The hotel is new, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Although access is not directly off the freeway the hotel is situated just one building site away from the traffic. My room on the fourth floor unfortunately faced the freeway and the traffic roar.

The cleanliness and staff were exceptional. Thank you to Vee for her excellent customer service and professionalism during our stay. Vee was polite, very well mannered and attentive to any questions we may have had. Food was delicious and kitchen staff kept the breakfast area fully stocked and very clean area.

Always a friendly staff is waiting my arrival. They are very helpful and kind. When I needed towels for the pool they were able to get them for me right away.

Was a good clean fair price for the money

Location good. There is construction next door but during our stay was not noisy. They are barely at ground level but potentially will be loud moving forward

No one cleaned the fridge. There was food and drinks in it. I left it in the hallway and it remained there for the 2 days of my stay. No one picked it up. Sometimes hard to find staff at front desk.
