Walls thin but earplugs would work

The room was spotless. The staff was very attentive and eager to help in any way. The breakfast was amazing. Not the standard processed foods other places give you.

It was central in Carmel!

My wife and I are elderly. There was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor, the bathroom had a large, deep soaking tub/shower combination that was difficult to get in and out of with no safety bars, we managed but it was difficult. Not ADA friendly.

Close to all the shopping and free continental breakfast

No mini fridge in the room

Location is excellent. Bed was very comfortable with large European-style pillows in addition to standard style. Both breakfast and social hour foor and beverages are very good. Parking is ample. Rooms have been refreshed recently.

Bathrooms are well-appointed, but very small by American standards. Rooms tend to be noisy. No elevators, so access to all floors is by stairs as the ground floor is the parking area.

They had a great welcome wine and non-alcoholic welcome service, cookies daily and lovely staff. Despite having signs to say that they would exchange towels less frequently they did service everyday beautifully. I loved that the location was walkable to all my favorite places.

Only complaint was parking is tight understandably for location. We parked underneath one side and didn’t realize it until we were leaving but the dryer was in that area and covered our car with lint. It unfortunately didn’t come off with the wind from but required a good wash. All and all, my only complaint.

The location was great. Plenty of shops and restaurants at a walking distance.

Some miscommunication between the front office and my stay requests. Nothing major, it’s was resolved.

Breakfast was delicious, room clean and comfortable.

Some parking spaces a little tight.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. We also enjoyed the wine and snacks they offered each evening.

Location was ideal, rooms were clean and well kept. We loved the charm! Afternoon appetizers and wine were delightful and the staff was very helpful.

The property was well located and a short stroll to a variety of shops and restaurants.It looks to have been recently decorated - everything looked new.

windows open onto busy walkway it was hot in the room and no a/c. if you open the windows there is no privacyparking was very tight

The breakfast was delicious. Fresh fruit and homemade quiche. We also appreciated the happy hour - wine and appetizers with an amazing cake. Our room was lovely and clean. Walking distance to everywhere- the beach, shops, restaurants. I fell in love with this place and the sweet town of Carmel !

Location was perfect to walk around, the staff was very friendly and attentive and the rooms were nicely redone and clean. Loved the happy hour in the lobby with fresh cookies and a charcuterie spread with wine! Breakfast was also good! 10/10 stay

Great location, friendly & helpful staff, nice size room. We had to ask about early morning noise & discovered it was the kitchen directly above — the staff was very responsive & helpful & the noise level improved after we asked (thank you). We understand they are doing their jobs & working to prepare food for guests.

the cutest stay in carmel! so much charm on the outside but updated on the inside. wine hour & cookies was my personal favorite but they also include free parking & breakfast!!

parking is tight… and first come first serve. it wasn’t a problem honestly but if i HAD to find 1 thing wrong with the stay then that’s it.

Great location and parking was great. I enjoyed the little touches like usb/c plugs on each side of the bed, robe, toiletries, heat lamp in the bathroom, fireplace, cheese/wine hour, and daily cookies. This hotel offered these little touches that made my stay enjoyable.

Slippers would have been nice.

Pleasant hotel in the heart of Carmel. Rooms were well sized with a comfortable bed. Simple buffet breakfast included in rate. Parking on site available.
