I liked the wine and cheese appetizers and the location of the hotel and its proximity to restaurants and shops.

The front desk receptionist engage in an extended conversation with other guests while I waited to be checked in to the hotel.

Our room was wonderful. The staff very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make us welcome. The happy hour and included breakfast delivered to our room was outstanding. Loved staying there and will go there again.

the manager is super nice, eager to make sure we feel well cared for. The room was also very comfortable, with a gas lit fireplace.

The timer for the fireplace was noisy.

Cleanliness and excellent service staff.

Breakfast in the room was wonderful and relaxing. As much or as little as you prefer. Linen napkins, ceramic coffee cups, fine utensils and even a rose every morning.

Parking is difficult.

Close to Ocean Avenue where shops and great restaurants are. Plus the location of the beach!

Parking is scary quite narrow and on a hill

We love this property that this our second time staying! Love the location, service, their breakfast!

The rooms at the lower side of the property has been remodeled, but the bigger room above parking lot is nice for the whole family to hang out at!

Exceptional service. Wanted a cake for a 20th anniversary and the manager took great care to get us one, made the whole stay special! Great room with fireplace, huge comfy tub, every comfort, and the most luxurious bed.

Parking is tricky with some of the spaces too small.

It was quiet, clean and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping.They were quick to respond to any concerns.

The lighting in the bathroom could be improved. It was dark and a green color around the sink area.

We loved all the little extra touches that made our stay so nice including a wonderful breakfast delivered each morning, free snacks in the room replenished each day, water bottles as a gift, and wine/snacks each evening. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect! We loved our stay!

The room is starting to show wear and tear, but still very nice and welcoming.

My son and his partner stayed at this property for one night. They were very impressed as they arrived toward the end of happy hour. The hostess was awaiting their arrival and offered them all of the options. They thought that the room was lovely and the offered breakfast just right. They felt that the location was ideal.
