Hampton Inn Brentwood

When i walked in there was no one at the check in Desk I called the phone after 15 mins and a woman appeared instead of apologizing she was upset mad and irritated. The room tv didn't work the lights didn't work the phone didn't work. There were huge bugs

Breakfast. Room service. Patio cl ean.

Noise level.up to 2am people were partying loud. Had a long 8 hours flight jet lag and exhausted water was cold. Needed a shower to relax and get ready for a wedding. The whole day no hot water Need to get up # 5am to catch a flight. Need coffee 24 hours.

Location. Close to family.

Not enough pillows. No sheets for sofa bed. Had to go to front desk and given wrong size. Old blanket.

Location and morning breakfast.

The ADA room a few things need to be fixed. No closet to hang clothes/jackets. Bathroom floor tile was extremely slippery when wet. The shower water ran out onto the floor so you had to soak up the water with towels. NO emergency pull cord in the bathroom

Convenient and the breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Kids above us jumping off the bed, druggie kept propping back door open with his Drug pipe and then propped open his door so unregistered guest could come in.

It looked very nice. It was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

I was very uncomfortable because the bed only had one sheet. The bed spread was very itchy and it was hard for me to go to sleep. The breakfast was a joke. They need to do it Continental style because the cooked food was awful..

Roaches and ants in the room No one at desk for 13 minutes during check in Breakfast was insufficient AC was not on in corridors or lobby Elevator smelled like burning rubber

The hotel was clean and quiet with a friendly staff.

For the price of the room the bed were of poor quality and where in disrepair.

It's newer than most in brentwood and has comfortable beds

They charged me twice, its in a crummy location. Very limited parking, the bathroom configuration is awkward with the sink area being outside of where the shower/toilet area if you like to get ready where you shower in vrivacy as I had my son with me.

The staff seemed to take pride in their place of employment - it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The was the best continental breakfast I have ever had - they kept it stocked and were constantly cleaning up.

The rooms were a little on the small side

Staff are nice and approachable, location is very quite and safe throughout my stay.

Free parking, internet and breakfast.

Hotel had odd smell due to new carpeting. Breakfast items had run out before the end of breakfast service. Toilet ran on and off constantly. Quite noisy in the morning for a late sleeper. Banging on walls in morning due to renovations.

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were extremely clean.

Rooms near the road are very noisy all night long. Staff was happy to move us after the first night.

The breakfast provided was outstanding! I expected just coffee, a sweet roll, and maybe juice.

Nothing at all.

I would not have stayed if i was told the hot tub was not working. I think I should have received a discount. also one of the chairs in the room had stains on the seat.

Very clean, great and friendly staff, nice complementary breakfast.

The air conditioning was so loud we couldn't possibly sleep with it on - we could barely hear the TV when the air kicked in. We ended up turning it off at night to sleep, but it was awfully warm without it.

Nothing. Clerk did not seem to care that they had over booked. Luckily we were not too far from home.

Hotel over booked and did not have a room for us. I think because we did not attempt to check into our room until 11PM, They gave our room to someone else. Never book with them
