The room smells good and clean. I also love the pancakes during breakfast.

i am not expecting that there is "NO" bottled water inside the room. Bottled water with fee of $2.00 each bottle.

Friendly staff. Easy checkin and check out.

The hotel was in a good location and was well staffed. The Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. The room was clean and was comfortable. It was very quiet.

None of the room equipment was set up correctly and most of it was broken or not working. I feel ripped off and was very displeased.

The location, it was a 20 minute drive from the freeway.

Hotel did not have the room that I booked yet I was still charged the same price. Food was mediocre compared to other Holiday Inns. Hotel looked rundown and needed new paint. Rooms had a strong cleaning product smell.

Travel to and from location was very good. Staff was nice and pleasant very friendly. Breakfast "Awesome". Snack bar cost of items surprisingly low.

Rm #106 door frame seal has gaps lets in light from hallway. No other issues. Great stay will now look into other Holiday Inn Express and Suites, locations when we travel.

It had the things we needed.

I needed to do laundry and they were out of detergent. I kinda wished they offered pancakes at breakfast but overall, it was good.

Sink smelled like mildew bathroom door would not close and the toilet paper holder falling off the wall and they had NO SOAP

Clean, modern and very friendly staff. Free breakfast with many options (cold and hot).

As with any hotel, the noise from other residents, especially at night.

Desk clerks polite and prof. bed was comfortable, hotel was clean, well maintained. location ok, appreciated kcups rather than single serve drip. room service left fresh towels, did not make bed(china virus paranoia, apparently) parking barely adequate

Over-priced by 25% or more. crappy rubber egg things for breakfast, china virus paranoia so severe that breakfast unnecessarily served by employees rather than self-serve. stingy on sweetener and creamers for coffee. gas station pastries.

Rooms were nice

There was a fire on the floor we were staying on so we were not allowed into our room until after 2:30am. When I asked for a late check out the best they could do is 1 hour at 12pm even though we didn’t get to sleep until 3am! They should of accommodate

Clean, well-located hotel with very professional staff

Housekeeping staff found clothes we left behind and we were contacted immediately, allowing us to make arrangements for the pick up of it by family.

When first entering room there was a terrible smell. After airing it out and putting fresh air in room the smell mostly disappeared.

The front desk ladies were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. The included breakfast was very good. The bedding was comfy.

Breakfast was great! Rooms were nice and new. And the staff was helpful. The hotel was close to everything!

Brand new. Very clean. Good free breakfast. TV system very bad.

TV setup very disappointing. Most all good channels were pay channels. And you can't even get them by paying because you have to be a DirecTV member. And you cant sign up with DirecTV to get the movie, you have to Join DirecTV. This is extremely wrong

Hotel looked brand new as of August 2017. Rooms were nice & clean but pretty basic. Extremely small pool.

Pool but no hot tub. Not enough parking. No parking for trailers (boat, camper, uhaul.)
