Nothing did not stay

The front desk clerk was horrible abd tge accommodations were very poor. It was so unpleasant we did not stay we booked our stay with the Hampton Inn paying for two hotels am hoping to get some of my costs refunded from best Western.

Next door to Dutch Bros coffee drive-thru!

Hallways very dingy, no lobby area, had to ask for both handsoap and a privacy (do not disturb) sign. That didn't help a lot because housekeeping was very loud, banging into the walls in the next room and yelling conversations outside the door.

Breakfast

When I arrived the check in staff did not have room key for me because the key reader wasn't working for a say and half I did not have key to my room it was not a pleasant experience

The location

Internet Wi-Fi service kept cutting in and out. This happened all four days that I was there an called the front desk twice and they would just give me excuses that too many people using the wifi plus they have no upgrade option either.

It was quiet and the breakfast was more than adequate.

The exits from the second story were a bit of a walk.

The room was missing lightnings, the phones didn't work, the smell was bad.

Convenience to our event venue.

Floors were sticky with spots and they obviously didnt vacuum since we found grapes under the bedskirt. Homeless camping in parking lot and suspicious people driving around at night. Wouldnt feel safe late at night.

The room was very clean, when we needed assistance the Staff was very informative and polite while letting us know our needs are what is important and the cleaning Staff was especially warm and helpful. Thank You for an exceptional visit. Deborah Jackson

Rooms not clean. Guests leaving hotel doors open for outside folks to come in. Requested housekeeping to come, there for 6 days and no one came in to clean or provide for clean towels. Even after requesting housecleaning at the front desk,room was not cle

Close to wrk

A lot of homeless people on the parking lot hanging out Hallway was very hot carpet are very dirty

They were able to provide a room for the night last minute and unexpectedly.

Their room service was too nosy and the night staff was solo and In training so he didn't know what to do exactly.

It was a good location, clean and the people were friendly

No restaurant close

Privacy

Need upgrading bathroom small and old style

Staff, room with the amenities, easy access in and out,covid19 sanitary. Easy stay for second night.

Covid19 closed and cancelled many facilities and provisions. No breakfast, no exercise room,etc.

Location was good, staff were professional

TV did not work. Breakfast was mediocre. We had a suite and there was no tv in the outer room, just in the bedroom. Tv service was hard to get. There was an outlet in the bathroom that did not work. And on and on and on......

Quiet, clean , courteous staff, great room .

Location. Cleanliness.

Loud neighbors. No respect from other people staying when it comes to quiet/noise. Breakfast. Please upgrade.

Clean and near where we needed to be. Modern and fuctional

Breakfast the first morning left something to be desired but the second day it was fine.h

The frig was out services was requested to be fix did not go through . We not drink cold beverages.

It was very clean. The staff tried to assist us with our concerns example the TV would keep changing to payperview channel and when I exit the channel it purchased the movie. I had asked the guy from the front desk for help he let the owner know.

There was no outside security. We had troubles with the key and getting into the hotel from outside was hard.
