Borrego Springs Resort

Restaurant food is very good. Located a 5-minute drive from the Borrego Springs town center. Views of the surrounding mountains are nice.

The room was adequate and as expected. The location was good.

I would have had a perfect stay but every interaction with staff was inadequate and impolite. Very sour employees and it makes a difference.

The hotel is very clean, the members of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The place is quiet during the summer so it¿s a perfect escape. Pretty much had the resort to ourselves. The pool is clean and inviting!!

My only suggestion is bring your own pool towel. The ones provided by the hotel are small.

Clean rooms. Very spacious rooms. Quiet. Shaded patio. Clean pools.

No breakfast.

Location worked well for our men¿s groups motorcycle ride. The on site restaurant had good food and service but a little pricey. The hotel is about 3 miles from town on a golf course. Great curvey road motorcycle riding area.

Pool and Jacuzzi were perfect temperatures but were a little dirty. Water was clear but dirt and algae on the bottom.

I loved the pool by the restaurant and the tennis courts.

Pool by hotel was a little gross - Bandaids and q-tips at bottom. Restaurant was not good and very overpriced.

I arrived way late and the desk clerk treated me with understanding, respect & empathy. I was very appreciative of how quickly she got us in our room. She also gave us the maximum time allowed before checkout

Nice combination of being somewhat secluded, but not too far to go to the local restaurants.

I enjoyed my breakfast at the in-house restaurant, Arches. However, I would have liked if the restaurant would have been open on my Tuesday arrival (closed Mondays and Tuesdays starting May 1st this year).

Nothing I didn't like. Loved my trip there. Im a foody. It would be nice to have more food options available. It's hard to find food in the area after dark. The arches restaurants food was great!

The rooms are large in size... kitchen and microwave was great addition.

the rooms are dated and the lighting is the worst- yellow lighting is a big no. It was hard to see and do my makeup.

Staff. At check-in, the gentleman initially said they had open rooms. When we asked to have our rooms put in the same building, he said they were sold out and couldn't put us close together. Later I went to another staff member and she moved us.

Well situated. Great staff. All the expected amenities. Clean, organized and inviting.

Dining room has a moldy, ammonia smell. Ate outside which was perfect.

Price far too high for quality of the hotel. hotel employee level hotel at $---/night! Staff was also very poor as were the amenities. Example, no ice machine in each bldg, closest ice machine in other bldg and was out, staff didn't care just said use another!

Too price for the condition of hotel.

Room was nice and clean and the robes were a nice bonus!
