    Pros +

    • Nothing it was filthy and we couldn't even stay.
    • It was clean, very reasonably priced, had a great location, had a microwave and mini refrigerator.
    • It is easy to locate.

    Cons -

    • Rusty water from sink and shower. Mattresses felt like plywood. Dirt on floor. Dust on everything. No towels in room and then I had to go get them from laundry room. I had to go buy cleaning products and clean the room myself. Dead crickets in drawer.
    • It was filthy and disgusting. The woman at the front desk accused my mom of just coming to buy drugs when we went to tell her we wouldn't be staying and threatened to call the police. My mom is 74 not a drug addict. Insulted and ridiculed. Place was GROSS
    • No continental breakfast.

    It is easy to locate.

It is not well kept. The parking area is poorly paved. The door from the rooms next door makes noise enough to wake one because they must be slammed to shut. The bed and furniture are worn and old. The WiFi did not work for most of the time.

Great value! Cheap and wonderful staff. Clean and bug free rooms. Great clean pool. Great time!

A little old, but who cares for the price?

We really loved this place. It is run by a really nice couple, who are very attentive. We kind of spent hours just chatting on our experiences. The amenities were perfect and the place was really safe. The location is most convenient with a few restaurants nearby. Also it is a great location to break a long roadtrip between Cali-Arizona. All facilities were as per our expectations and they also ensured the room was spotlessly cleaned.

It was convenient to the 10 freeway. We could park right beside our door. Though close to the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet…outside. Place was adequate/clean/fair priced.

We couldn’t use the pool…had just put in chemicals so unable to use it. Beds and pillows were really firm for my taste. The heat/ac window unit was NOISY. It kept waking me up so I finally got up and unplugged the stupid thing. When leaving in the morning, I checked the door and realized the card key wasn’t necessary!! The door didn’t lock at all. Be sure you use the deadbolt lock when you stay! Tiny shampoo, tiny coffee packet, one water. Breakfast wasn’t included tho I thought I saw it was when I booked. I looked at several so that might be my error.

Convenience to the highway, and the owners were very welcoming, even though I checked in after midnight

The mess on the ground from the palm trees. I had to walk on all kinds of little seed pods all around my car. they need to have a couple of rugs in the room, especially by the bed and the sink.

The owners were very friendly and had turned on the air conditioning ahead of our arrival, which we really appreciated. They made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us suggestions for where to get dinner. It is definitely an older style property but the photos are accurate and everything was clean and servicable. Our room was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It was really quiet and close to a supermarket and multiple places to get dinner. This was a great stop on our way between Joshua Tree and Flagstaff and good value for money.

    Bad

The owners seem unaccustomed to having guests other than their regular trucker clientele. Throughout our stay, they constantly watched us on the cameras and made us feel uncomfortable, even though we weren’t doing anything wrong. If you’re planning to come with a group, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere we felt harassed for simply being there. The cleanliness of the rooms was also a major issue. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies from the Dollar General next door just to feel somewhat comfortable. There were bugs everywhere, and honestly, after showering, I felt less clean than before. Definitely not a place I’d return to

No breakfast owners were nosey and watching every move we made on the cameras

The owners had a bad additude and told us to sweep our rooms out with a towel before we left. Watched our every move on the cameras were trying to tell us we had to go inside at night and couldn't be outside on the fourth of July. The lady owner was pacing up and down the driveway all night. The pool was disgusting and dirty.I also noticed anybody who has a negative review they belittle and find ways to blame the person with the review for their dirty rooms and lack of cleaning. If they focused more time and energy into cleaning and proper maintenance they would be in good shape. We were willing to over look the dirty rooms and broken light bulbs and stained sheets until the woman manager was listening to our conversations and assuming we were talking about her when in reality we were laughing at our friend another one of our 10plus guests we had booked at your hotel in a total of 7 rooms. We used our rights as guests to give you a negative review because our experience was negative. You said it was okay for us to cook there, and we sat in camping chairs in the parking lot at a hotel we booked 7 rooms for we were not loitering. And I'm sure the second night the truckers that were there were so worried about us when all you could hear were fireworks until 3 in n the morning. No one else in our group heard anything but fireworks so your lie about getting complaints is bullshit. You were being nosey and standing in the bushes listening to us. If you don't want aggression or anger towards you you shouldn't do that to other people you get what you give and I don't know if it's a language problem or what but you seem to not understand that concept. Your came at us and we agreed and did everything you asked and you were the cause of the escalation.

The parking lot was clean (probably because they would ask you for $100 if your car leaked oil)

average rating for the facility does not reflect reality: sheets full of hair, dirty room, dusty upholstery. A thousand rules for a truly neglected facility. Brown water and black shower

nothing like online description off the beatin path where all most all the whole street is vacant. pool locked. had to knock on door at 5 pm to get desk clerk since it was locked. scary dirty room. coffee machine has not been cleaned in a long time. i did not even stay. just left and learned a lessen about using booking.com for any more stays due to false pictures and information

The rooms were remodeled and didn’t have carpet.

The only thing I can say is that the blankets were old.
