Breakfast was good. Lots offered.

Smelled like weed all night and not very safe feeling. Saw local police at hotel first thing in the morning.

TV does not work, no one speaks English. Finally found the remote control under the bed by the wall, but it didn't work anyways. TV display was 'No Signal'.

Excellent breakfast. Beds were comfortable. It was not fancy, but met with all expectations for a motel at this price. Not a good place for a long stay, but fine for a night or two.

Adjoining room had people who were very loud. TV on until after midnight. Had to call front desk 3 times. Phone was not plugged in. Water on bathroom floor when we got there

Great bed. Hotel has a fitness room and good breakfast.

Complimentary breakfast starts at 5am and is very good. I roll at 6am, so the 5am start time is very much appreciated.

Bath towels need replaced, bring your own, hand towels okay. Clean the hard water stains from the toilet bowl using a pumice scouring stick and if that does not work replace the toilet with a new one.

The staff were very kind. The ADA room was good.

Beds were not made correctly and toilet was not cleaned.

Dark hair strands on the bed sheets. Motel atmosphere, cannot get to the room from hotel lobby. Scratchy sheets. No hot water for shower Luke warm

We were in the second floor, the outside walkways seemed dirty.

We ended up NOT staying here so we forfeited our $250 reservation. The hotel ONLY had outside doors and was not in a safe area. There were lots of homeless people/camps nearby. We spent additional money to stay at a Comfort Suites nearby.

I stay at this hotel every time about once a month even though there are cheaper options. The familiarity and location are great. Most of the time, the rooms are very nice and clean.

Front door wouldn¿t close w/o being slammed & shoved hard. When closed it did not seal so large bugs were able to come in through the door. Floors were very dirty & lots of feathers in the bathroom on the floor. Wi-Fi & cellular connection poor

The room was clean when I eventually got into one that was clean and it was updated with newer furniture.

When I checked in at my arrival I was put into a room that had not been cleaned and still had things from the prior person before me so I had to move to another room but other than that everything was fine

It was inexpensive, it was clean, and the TV and plumbing worked fine.

Just off the freeway for easy overnight stop. Breakfast included

We had to return to lobby multiple times to have a new room assigned. First room had someone in it already. Second room had one bed completely unmade. Final room that we ended up staying in had stains all over. The area is super sketchy. Did not feel safe

The floors were disgusting and the location was scary and the room was on the second floor with a child and luggage and no elevators.

Cleanliness of the room.Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.

I was told that it is a 4.5 star hotel and I totally disagree. There where homeless people outside, I requested a handicap room and they insisted for me to go up stairs which I couldn¿t bring my belongings up stairs because of my knee problem.

This was a desperation reservation after a horrible check in issue at Best Western, Ehernberg,AZ. As such it was good to have somewhere to go.

It¿s old in almost every way. A place to stay in the desert when going further west is too tiring and expensive.

Great breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff
