I liked that there are good places near the hotel

The pool is super small, the rooms are super small, the water pressure in the shower is bad and there was jo microwave in the room. The air conditioner takes a long time to cool the room as well

Cleanliness, breakfast buffet

Air conditioner in both the Oakland and Arvin locations were messed up. In Oakland the heat control blew cold air. In the Arvin location the cold air blew directly at bed. No way to control either location. Maybe get diverters for Arvin???

The room was spacious, close to eating establishments and there were USB ports.

The staff. They weren't wearing masks and yes, I do realize it's no longer mandatory inside certain businesses. The front desk person also wasn't very friendly. Also, there were so many people at breakfast with no masks and very little separation.

That it was off the HWY 5.

Location was perfect. My Dad and I just wanted a quick trip from Lincoln to see Supercross in Anaheim. Having a stay at the bottom of the grapevine helped us cut off about 3 hours from our trip on the day we went home. Room was mostly really clean. Beds were comfortable. Very impressed with the free breakfast provided- it was much more than the typical Continental breakfast. You could really feast, if you wanted LOL

There was a crusty washcloth shoved at the top of the bed I was sleeping in. I don't even want to say what it seemed like it was and I'm sure it just got missed in cleaning, but still, EW. For some reason we could not get the AC to work properly, and we both woke up sweating. It was cool out but we didn't leave the window open at night due to the close proximity to the 5 freeway it would have been a little too noisy for us while we slept, which was expected. Really would not have been a problem if the AC just kept the room at the temp we set. We would set it to 67 and then it would jump on its own back to 72 after some time.

The front entrance is very clean, staff were very friendly, the lady doing breakfast was happy, pillows and bed super comfy. Loved the location, breakfast good. Staff very helpful.

Heard toilet from public bathroom next door quit often very loud.

Nice location clean nice rooms

Check in was at 3pm we arrived at 4 to them saying room isn’t clean yet won’t be done for another hour didn’t end up getting into my room till 5pm.. front desk ladie was rude like she hated her job had my id in front of her and still proceeded to give me another gentleman’s room didn’t even double check my name or id didn’t ask questions had me and my wife sitting around for hour and a half

The only complaint I have is the fan is too loud otherwise very comfortable. We just turned the heater off and it was great.

Staff were very friendly, pool was nice, breakfast was nice.

Room was ready almost 2 hrs after normal check in time. Room air conditioner was deafeningly load.

Was unlucky cause next rooms (opposite side) were so noisy during midnight with frequent noises of door opening & closing.
