Staff was friendly and room was comfortable

Great breakfast, pool was a bit cold but really fun and well taken care of, located next to decent food and gas stations. Perfect for our road trip.

There were ants all over in the bathroom. When I brought this to the attention of the young man at the front desk, he just said ¿oh¿.

Handicapped parking blocked by a mission linen truck then he played on his cell phone. Room dirty and dryer did not work. Smelled like marijuana in the hallway.

Our room when we arrived wasn¿t very clean. There were food crumbs in spots and a big crumb on the chair. The entry floor had something spilled on it. There was weird sticky stuff on the casing of the bathroom door. Breakfast didn¿t have much.

Cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Only the ceiling exhaust in the bathroom needed a change of filter. The breakfast was adequate and included a fruit every morning.

Location to Trinidad and beaches, indoor pool, safe,friendly staff, and cleanliness. Will definitely stay here again.

The rowdy,loud, and unsupervised Little League Team that was allowed to take over the pool each evening until pool closed was a bit disappointing.

Website indicated that their was a breakfast. Didn¿t expect breakfast in a bag. Hotel was over priced

My deciding factor when traveling for business is always parking for my 30ft trailer.

As A higher priced hotel the lack of any substantial foods, microwave meals, for the late night traveler, Every nearby restaurant closes at 10-11pm except for drive through, disappointing.

The hotel location was good for me...close to where I needed to be, with easy hwy access.

The hotel advertised "hot breakfast". A granola bar, orange and yogurt do NOT qualify as hot breakfast. Not notified of this breakfast change until check in. Change your description on the website, take off the "hot breakfast" piece. Disappointed!

Person at the desk was very nice and talkative.

Found hairs in the bathroom and bathtub and had a slight smell.

Room was clean and hotel was in the desired location

We were disappointed in the lack of breakfast and closed swimming pool. They blamed it on COVID, but the motel next door (owned by same parent company) had a pool available and was giving bag breakfasts to their guests. Also, overflowing garbage cans.

The location was perfect for my family and I, we were able to visit all of our favorite spots without a long commute.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy was our room location, it was next to the ice machine so everythime someone got ice it was pretty loud. Whoever was also staying in the hotel made the hallway smell like weed and trash,the hotel itself was very clean.

The hallway had a strong smell of weed, and the bedsheets were not very clean. Shampoo and conditioner are bad. In the mid night the power went out in our room. My booking itinerary shows breakfast is included, but the hotel did not provide the breakfast.
