The manager was incredibly rude and blunt. The man that helped me on the screen was nice and quick to help. Staff needs to clean rooms better. The toilet seats and floors were dirty, there was hair in the beds and a weird musty smell. Very loud guests.

Like the motel 6 in Eureka, I assumed this one would just as seedy, I misjudged and was pleasantly surprised how clean it is. I will be staying again.

Perfect for the price

I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the room. The check in process was pretty neat as I have never seen this process before. I do have to say though the friendliest staff I have come upon in my travels. So far this is my favorite motel.

Hotel room smelled like dirty Clorox really bad. I know that means they disinfect the room. Room was clean. Location was okay.

Good location, request for ground floor room was not a problem, relatively good value.

Room was small

Cool owners and they're really trying to spruce it up.

Their "sprucing up" involves loud construction workers early in the a.m.

The woman who checked us in was really nice and helpful. Nice update to the rooms.

The first room, newly renovated room had stains on the pillow and top blanket. We were switched to another newly renovated room, which had less stains on the bedding. No pool. Beds are to big for were the a/c is located. Bed size Full not queen.

Location to beaches, food, and mini mart. The gal who checked us in was very polite and answered my questions.

The room was very tiny and the floors and bathroom was very grimy, you couldn¿t walk around bare foot or your feet would turn black from how dirty the floors where. The pictures of the rooms online where not the same rooms at motel. Very poor presentation

Don¿t stay here. It¿s the worse hotel I¿ve ever experienced. While we were in the parking lot checkin in, two different people came out of their room asking us if we have drugs. Then a female was doing drugs infront of her room. There a lot of activity.

Don¿t stay here. After we saw all the activity taking place, we didn¿t feel safe staying there. It was explained to the manager what was going on and the manager was rude and refused to give us our money back after we told him we didn¿t want to stay there

Can you double and triple charge for all of my stays and they will not refund me and I am having good to speaking with my credit card company my room was broken into the front desk gave somebody my room key and all of my stuff was taken

The room was filthy! The sheet was blood stained (did not  notice until am) Toilet paper was without a paper cover & ran  out in middle of the night. There was no extra & there was 4  ppl! Paid ---- & room was MORE than unacceptable! Will NOT stay again!

The sheets were scratchy and rough, the rooms were thin as paper I woke up at 4:30 AM to the next-door neighbor having a conversation on the phone, I could hear every word.

Convenient

Alot of trash outside. Other guest are noisy and hanging out in parking lot etc

Small rooms no refrigerator or coffee im room. Loud could hear next room threw the walls like in the same room. Cockroach crawling the wall the morning we left

close to Humboldt State

Room was not cleaned, bed not made, towels not replaced each day.

Clean,Cheap,Food and Supermarket within walking distance and easy driving distance to any of the sights and sounds of the area .

hotel tells late arrivals its OK to park in handicapped spaces, blocking their use by legitimate handicapped person. hotel forgot to set requested 5:00 am wakeup call. there are no electrical outlets near bed - can't use my cpap machine, as a result.

Nice location and friendly staff.

Rooms were very small and towels were paper thin.
