Quiet, clean, customer service was excellent

The staff was very friendly and kind

There was a lot of stomping noise until probably midnight and then starting again at 5am. The sound insulation seemed to block most other noise

We didn¿t like the people across the street drinking and doing drugs.

The helpful two young men that checked us in. Both so kind and helpful.

Beds need improvement!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the woman that worked there in the morning was very friendly.

In the evening, at the coffee station, the coffee and water for tea wasn't hot.

The locations First time in arcata did not like the neighborhood at all.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was great.

The location is OK -- just in the middle of nowhere mostly (as far as the town is concerned).

The breakfast buffet was average but ok overall, and the lobby looks nice

$--- per night and there is no microwave, no mini fridge, the neighborhood is sketchy. I work nights so I tried to ask for an easier checkout but the girl just kept saying if you check out after 11 you get charged an additional day.

first room had a strange vibration and noise. staff could not determine where it was coming from, so quickly gave us another room. air conditioning was noisy elevator was out of use the morning we left so had to go down 3 flights of stairs with luggage

Clean, friendly staff, pristine facilities including pool, spa, and fitness center.

Cleanest and nicest hotel in Arcata. Only comparable hotel is the Howard Johnson next door. Otherwise everywhere is nasty. Like bed bug, stained sheets nasty. Beware.

The only complaint I would have is that the hot tub is only warm and the jets are all broken. They shoot not water at your body. Was like taking an alright bath in a big tub.

Clean comfortable and friendly staff

Everything was clean. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker which we liked.The beds were comfy! Breakfast was had nice seating, food was pretty good. Nice that there was some variety in the hot food and fresh fruit, for 2 mornings.

The rooms were a little small.

the bed, pillow, and shower were amazing. room was nice. front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was perfect.
