Staff pushing hard to have us attend a timeshare sales presentation. Also, wristband keys that never worked despite multiple reprogramming.

The smaller hot tub was always being used so it was hard to get in

Room, concierge and staff were all amazing!

Great value. Large, clean rooms. A fine resort. Staff at the front desk really helped to make our anniversary special.

Guests have to open wi-fi accounts with a external vendor, which is annoying.

Compfort

I was bombarded by sales staff upon checking in, as this is a time share affiliate. When I complained they still used sales tactics to try and appease me. I was promised a 150 amazon gift card that I could not get due to my husband not being with me.

It was a little hard to find the lobby based on the GPS address, but can probably be fixed with geo location

Bargan price because it's a time share pitch presentation. But they don't force you on it. We have stayed here before, heard the pitch; not interested. BUT... a great location and facility to visit near-by Murphys for wine tasting. Nice apartments!

I forgot my 'flip-flops' the first night. Noticed how dirty my feet were when I got in the shower. Carpets could use cleaning. Otherwise, very nice stay.

We were checked in by a wonderful lady,  who was helpful and accommodating. The lady and manager who assisted in payment were also helpful. Staff was friendly. I enjoyed talking with hotel employee at the presentation center.

I felt pressured about buying into the vacation rentals and trying to come up with the money down. In the end I wasn¿t able to to and after I left I thought about it, discussed with others and was relieved it didn¿t work out at this time.

Lots of room in the 2 bedroom villa. Everything we needed in the kitchen, bbq, iron & ironing board, etc. The Greenhorn restaurant was good, beautiful location, great place.

Checkin was slow and confusing. We arrived at 4:35 pm and our room wasn¿t ready. I do not like the timeshare sales pitch.

The area of the hotel was lovely and the rooms were nice and clean.

The pressure to attend a presentation. At check in , exhausted and not being able to get to my room due to attempts to attend one of the presentations. We were only there for 2 nights and had made other plans. Then because not members, pay for Wi-Fi.

Outdated electronics; ie docking station stereo, tiny tv

The place is very inviting with the fireplace, outdoor balcony, and spaciousness. The staff was very responsive when we needed something. Hotel employee checked us in and was helpful with lots of info about the area.

This room was a 'promotional' offer of their 'time share' site. Beautiful place. Close to wine tasting in Murphys, Calif. Stay if you have the chance. Listened to their pitch, but time shares are not for me. Great place.

I do not want to be sold a time share or pressured into a sell or be littles with you might qualify. I paid for the stay that is it

Clean and comfortable room. Nice living area with balcony. Enjoyed the swimming pool.

The peacefulness great amenity and the staff was on top of every aspect of making their guest feel special. We will be coming back soon.

Wish there was and easier way to get luggage to our rooms as we are a bit older and carrying suitcase down a flight of stairs was a bit tough.
