Nothing the Front Desk was RUDE. ¿¿The rooms filthy and smelled horrible. Do mole everywhere in the bathroom. The water was cold. The bathroom was dirty. The towels with dirty linen was filthy and the TV didn¿t work

Everything everything I did not like the room was filthy room smell. The TV didn¿t work the water was cold. The sink didn¿t drain when you showered there was mildew all in the bathroom and sticky floors, Rude Front Desk ¿¿

I like the location, for me it¿s convenient.

Room was not good, the shower head and water pressure was the worst, couldn¿t take a good shower, towels had stains, no amenitie, the sheets were cringe, very small no closet, no drawers and they come banging on your door to tell you it¿s check out time

Nothing at all, there was nothing good about this place at all

I did not like anything at all about this place not even the front desk. They were rude.

I want a refund I can’t even call front desk no answer

The lady at front desk said she didn’t have my booking.com in her system and wouldn’t let me stay so I lost my money

Next time I go somewhere else

Very noisy neighbors. Walls are too thin.Bed pillows were too thick, very uncomfortable .Bathroom light was in the wrong place, behind the door.

There was no breakfast.

This location is not ADA-compliant. My elderly friend struggled to get onto the high bed and fell twice. The restroom also lacks handrails, creating a safety risk for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, the manager was unfriendly and unhelpful

The mangers wife and daughter were very kind.

Were moved 3 times. 1st - Requested room one 1st floor. We were placed in a room on the second floor. We complained and were placed in a Handicap room on the 1st floor as we asked. 2nd - The shower drain backed up. We were moved to another room on the 1st floor. 3rd - My wife stepped on a cockroach in the bathroom during the night. (No sleep the rest of the night.)The managers family tried to be helpful as much as they could. And were very apologetic. (Plus’s Note.)

dryer in room did not work. when i called, the response was: if thee is something that does not work, then it doesn't work - sorry! no offero alternative. i haad to fan m

Price and location.

No hot water in the shower. Lighting in room too bright. Stained couch.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The staff were really rude and would not stop calling my room. Nowhere in their policy does it say no guests are allowed, I brought 2 friends who were only staying for 10min and we had not even settled in the room when they began to call and tell us that the guests had to leave or they would take matters into their own hands and kick us all out. The room was cheap, there was a huge hole in the wall that had fresh drywall. The sheets were old and smelled. The restroom was dirty and towels were old. There were signs of infestation.

I accidentally made to reservation, first I called the front desk. The front desk told me to call booking.com. I called booking.com they told me it was the hotel/motel that had to give me back my money

Rude scammed out of money 1 of my orders should have been canceled & refunded back

So I went on the booking.com website to try and order this hotel I hit pay & no change on the page. I then downloaded the booking.com app again make a reservation for the same hotel. Turns out I made 2 reservations. I called the motel/hotel they say talk to booking.com to fix this problem.

No sound proof between rooms. Kept me up most of the three nights with loud neighbors.Old bathroom. Old towels. Electrical outlet did not work in bathroom.NO CLOSET. UNBELIEVABLE that they had no place to hang clothing. I would never recommend this place. I guess the price should have warned me.
