Fountain Inn Motel

It was close to where I wanted to be. Also, not far from shopping (e.g., Target and Costco).

There were no hand towels in the room; I had to ask for them. They didn't change the towels daily; but maybe that's normal these days post-Covid? Had some neighbors who had a loud conversation outside in the middle of the night.

Clean , nice looking room. Very lowkey and quiet area literally had no worries. Staff is very cool as well.

They weren¿t lying when they say parking is very cramped but it¿s enough room for everyone

staff (Eppi) was unhelpful and unfriendly. My GF and i traveled with my service dog, and we had asked via booking if that was ok, we were approved. we arrived and the man at the counter, (called himself Eppi, unsure if thats the spelling), told us No. No pets allowed. we tried to explain the difference between ADA approved and certified service animals and pets. he said No. No pets allowed. we shared the ADA info card with him and he asked his boss, (supposedly) and returned and demanded a $100 cash deposit which was more than double the normal deposit listed on their website. We told him it was still illegal discrimination but decided to leave the property instead and contact booking about a refund.

It was clean no bugs.

I remember this location I remember the first thing I thought about it. When I sat on the bed the bed was very cheap and very flimsy and squeaky. Not a good sleep at all. I was up tossing and turning. A very uncomfortable bed

I really loved the mirrors and backlight headboard. It was super clean and cozy.

I really loved the interior lighting, especially on the backboard. Overall, the whole room was clean and super comfy.

Sort of the parking area, but it was only an inconvenience if you had to park outside and the street sweep passes by.

Hotel is located closed to highway 10, convenient location. Exterior looks plain, but room is very clean and quiet. Overall - great value!

I never stayed, the people had the mattresses on the floor when I passed by. I decided to confront the owner he said that my bed and he will not be changing the mattress that was on the floor. He threatened to have me trespassed so I left and got the next best thing bell manor do not stay here even if it's free and don't cancel they will not refund it just dispute it with the bank because if you didn't check in or stay that is a disputable charge and go ahead and stay somewhere worth staying

Big room we like the set up very clean.

The interior was okay and the outside was pretty neat and clean.

The room has a lingering smell of cigarette.

Bed hard as hell , think it was better sleeping in the floor ?

I don’t like anything from this place before was my favorite place but my last stay it was terrible I will not recommend these place anymore I think they change the housekeeper but the restroom was dirty it was a lot of hair on the floor I ask the management to change the room he agree after that one he give me a room smelling to cigarette I ask him one more time and he told to not to comeback that every have hair and that’s why is on the floor I told him not SR I work for 15 years in a hotel and you are giving me a good answer use the roll linen that will work but you don’t how to manage this property so he told me not comeback so don’t go there imagine going with your girlfriend and she is going to see a lot of hair on the bathroom ?
