- The rooms were very nice and the Hotel was clean. The Breakfast Brunch was a little pricey, but the food and service were good.

- There wasn't anyone available to help with luggage. The Breakfast Brunch was a little pricey, but the food and service were good.
- There was an ant infestation in our room. The ants are and ruined a meal that we brought in. The staff offered a free water bottle as compensation for our loss. When I refused, they said the manager would call the next day but they never did.
- Elevators out of service. Room was musty and out of date.
