the hotel had cock roaches & it smells like cigarettes, i asked to change it but it was full. Very dirty and needs to be sanitized.

Closest and cheapest one 30 mins from my house Reno and they have Internet so I can work. But not the cleanest but diable

It was nothing like the pictures No breakfast provided in spite of the listing No hot water Furniture beat to heck Rodeway should pull their name off of it

The staff was very unhelpful and rude. They wanted to charge me extra money on top of what I already paid. They wouldn't cancel reservation that way I could get my money back.

Price

The place is old and not very well-maintained. There was black mold in the bottom of one of the trash cans, the light over the sink did not work, The refrigerator quit working in the night and ruined all of our food.

The only thing that looked good was the building.

Didn't like the bedding,bathroom,carpet, it was a lot of noise upstairs; someone was riding the chair(wheels) from one end to the other late that night. Didn't get a goodnight's sleep. No continental breakfast.

The check in clerk was friendly

Everything was discussing. Very dirty, tv was no operational and table missing leg and fell down.

Convenient

Priced in a breakfast with no option. Then we're told breakfast was not allowed due to covid requirements. Should not be forced to pay to something that they know full well they will not be providing. Very wrong.

The staff was nice

Yes room was not like pictures. Carpet was really dirty clost doors was laying against the wall. Was not worth the money. People were fighting and arguing constantly!

The room itself was fair. The bathroom was filthy with dirt and stains on it bathtub and toilet seat. I grew up on a farm and I'm not a German Hobe. This place was gross.

The sheets were clean and the staff were friendly. Those are the only good things I can say.

The location was sketchy, the exterior was unkempt, the floor tile in our room was wet and when I got up in the night, I discovered the carpet was also soaked. The two rolls of TP were wet as well as water in the garbage can. Obviously a water problem.

There was hair on the shower walls, the phone had no cord to call the desk, no breakfast, and just gross!

Other guests made too much noise all night. I couldn¿t sleep. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty

Staff was inattentive at check-in, carrying on a long, loud conversation on the phone while slowly processing my card. I asked for help with the TV, and the manager came to my room without a mask. Carpet was stained. Coverlet had holes in it. A mess.

I had a really frightening experience at this motel and would not recommend it for any woman traveling alone. I checked in around 9:30pm. The man at the front desk who checked me in was very friendly when I gave him my ID and credit card for a deposit. I

The property is kept up and the rooms are clean a taken care of. Breakfast is a nice bonus too.

Proximity close to family members.Large spaceous room. Mini fridge/microwave,wall-mounted TV. Free breakfast had excellent choices. Private/clean/safe outer area. Free Wifi/internet. Excellent lighting. Felt extremely safe on premisis. Staff was great.

Non-smoke room, yet drapes/sheers smelled of cigarettes; each time a/c on smell nauseating. King-size mattress quite old. Carpet was top shelf quality but needed shampooing [stains near micro-wave] was also quite worn. One nightstand missing top drawer.

the cleanliness and it was quiet and the price was right

I didn't like the fact that I was not able to have pizza delivered to this area for some reason.
