- The bathroom in our room had floor mold in the shower and poop in the toilet
- It was doing a lot of remodeling
- construction, lack of trained baristas in "pop-up" coffee shop, restaurant closing early due to "staff issues"

The property is beautiful and clean
We booked this hotel because we had stayed there previously and the pools and slide were fun. This time they were all closed except for one small pool. This made the nightly rate not worth it
