The location is nice and close to various restaurants, it seemed to be in decent part of town, and the staff were nice.

Ice tasted like soap
Had to wait almost an hour before the room was ready. Ice machines weren't working. Never cleaned the room or replaced the towels during my 4 day stay.
There was a long list of problems: broken Wi-Fi, they don't provide shampoo, thin walls, broken toilet seat lid, partially broken window curtain, dirty towels, the TV screen had display problems, a broken towel rack in the bathroom.

Nothing

The beds were horrible. The room had had some painting done to it and we had to leave our room window cracked open due to smell, no screen. NO TV, spotty internet, walkways were filthy, broken glass in front of elevator
