Residence Inn by Marriott Prescott

This hotel is fantastic. We were there for 5 days so was wonderful having a kitchen & utensils. The hot daily free breakfast changed slightly each day. Wet would definitely stay here again

Scheduling room cleanings was a little challenging.

The location

The room was loud and small and they pulled the coffee service so you had to buy coffee from starbucks and only opened up coffee service after they closed starbucks.

AMAZING friendly helpful kind staff, AMAZING breakfast with so many choices (both vegan AND carnivore-friendly with things adults and kids will eat), super comfortable room, lovely grounds, door-hanger that alerts staff our pet is inside.

The hotel is pretty far from everything - you have to drive to main street Prescott and also to main street Prescott Valley, but it is right in between both, so makes it equally easy to visit both by car.

Rooms are nice and equipped with all you need Hotel has nice view and about a 5min drive to Whiskey Row

Heater was very loud and the lobby air freshener was too overpowering Bathrooms need updating

The hotel was extremely clean and relatively quiet. Able to hear traffic all day/night

It took sometime to get checked in - front desk had troubles with completing the check in

 the front desk was great. Very nice, clear words, out spoken. Knowledge of the Valley.

Needs a better beer selection. that's it. lol

The staff and facilities are really top notch. There are few large gas grills by the pool that are ideal!

The TV in the room did not have any HDMI ports, only RCA, which no one uses anymore. It made getting done some of the work I had planned to do.

Room was nice as well as kitchen very practical

The hotel gives a beautiful view of the mountains, and is in immaculate condition. The room had everything that was needed.

Breakfast available. Nice staff.

Too expensive. Building construction cheap. Glorified “motel.” Carpet in entrance area was wet. No suitcase rack or a place to put luggage in whole suite.

The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Everything we saw was spotlessly clean. The location was convenient. Parking was satisfactory.

We reserved a room with a king bed. It was a small king bed if that's possible. The bed was hard--hard enough that we didn't sleep well. The odor of cleaning chemicals was so strong it induced swollen eyes and uncontrollable sneezing.

The pool and outdoor fireplace area looked nice, but we couldn't use it.

Staff not conscientious of COVID 19. No masks, no distancing, no sanitizer. Pet hairs in room & refrigerator had not been cleaned. At check out the front desk person was smoking by front door. I left room keys at the desk. Never told about $2 parking fee!

This is my go-to hotel in Prescott. Wonderfully appointed, always clean, and nice staff.

The room was nicely done

The shampoo and conditioner we're in very small bottles, there wasn't lotion in the room. The breakfast was a disappointment. Sausages was burnt, didn't know where to put plates and it was dirty. I was charged twice for my room and a week later..no refund

Awesome amenities. Pool, patio, fire pits and grills.

Breakfast opened late. Was on a time schedule. Was very basic

Nice updated and clean rooms. Very nice outside eating, pool and jacuzzi area.

The hallway carpet smells pretty musty and heavily stained. Time for a shampoo.

The rooms were so spacious. They had fun outdoor games, and breakfast was delicious and lots of options.

Only thing I can think of is shampoo/conditioner is too small. Other than that perfect.

Nice quiet room with full kitchen. Comfortable bed and furniture. Helpful and courteous staff. Nice daily breakfast also frequent events (meet & greet light dinner, local vendors, etc.)

TV cable connection was a little janky, jiggling wires made it work fine.

We were on a 7 day vacation and stayed in 5 different hotels as we traveled across Arizona. This hotel was by far our favorite! It was the cleanest and most inviting hotel of all. The staff were also second to none. When we look forward to returning.

The only thing we noticed was the amount of road noise was more than we would have liked. Our room faced the highway....
