Laundry room

The owner's son was rude and demeaning. He felt the need to school me about what deposits on room are for. Kept telling my 77 year old guest and myself, that they would keep my deposit if room was bad. Neither my guest nor myself needed to be lectured.

I stayed at a different motel last year and the Roadway was much nicer fo a better price.

Its a bit of a walk to Whiskey Row but not a big issue.

Booked for 3 days When I returned on the 2nd day at Night. The staff took all of my items Toothbrush, prescription medicine clothes I had. But left my phone charger on the bed. Spoke to the staff and they claimed it was empty.. Horrible experience

Convenient location.

Looked like unfinished work in bath tub and ceiling and walls. Plaster in bath tub.

Torn blanket, dead bugs on floor; stain bedspread generally shabby... mostly clean, other than dead big(s) on floor.

Very professional and courteous

Just a little construction and small parking lot

Customer service at front desk was above average especially checking 30min before it closes

Very clean... Housekeeping works hard and staff are accommodating. It was super close to places I needed to go

There was no hot shower for 2 days but was fixed.

Location

1 light bulb working in 3 lamps in bedroom. smelly room. extremely worn toilet seat. "See through" towels. 3/4" opening under the front door to let all the odors from the overflowing garbage can under the stairs waft into the room and parking lot odors.

There was so much things wrong with the room. The room was very unsatisfactory. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the wall in the showers and tub. Every night I was there I found one or two cockroaches. If my wife would have saw it you would have freak

It advertised it had Breakfast. No breakfast. She said Breakfast is the gas station next door. There was what look like a man shaved his Beard in the sink no one cleaned up. The pillow was so old and yucky. Not good

Convince to every ace we went. Microwave and refrigerator

2 out of 3 lightbulbs were burnt out in bathroom vanity area. Advertised breakfast but nothing was available.

The maids did a great job, cleaning.

They didn't offer breakfast. There was no swimming pool. False advertisement. They had just received a coffee maker, but they didn't have Coffee!

Leaving

All the construction - parking lot - bathroom door did not close and looked horrible inside - probably MOLD - chipped paint everywhere just HORRIBLE - couldn't wait to leave - ALSO AT CHECK IN ADVISED THERE WOULD BE NO BREAKFAST AVAILABLE -HORRIBLE PLACE

I like that they gave me a room on the first level: but, I don't think this room was ready to be rented out. there was a trainee that check me in, she was told to make a copy of my credit card front and back. Weird. They said "over book by one room."

There is no place to park, parking lot was all torn out. mud everywhere. The beds were hard, diffidently not comfortable. Bathroom vent/fan was annoying load and pushed cold air around, so I didn't even shower. Chair in the room has stains on it.

Check in staff was helpful and friendly. Room renovated, comfortable, and clean.

One of the reasons that we chose to book there was because it was advertised that the rate would include breakfast. When we inquired about the time the dining area opened, we were informed that they weren¿t serving any breakfasts. We were disappointed.

Sleep

Looks like war zone in the parking area. Cops there when I arrived. Place is locally known as a drug depot; manufacturers from Phoenix drop off to dealers here. Noise all night from next room. Would never have booked if I'd known it was Rodeway Inn.

I was met by a most wonderful manager who was truly interested in my visit and warmly engaged me in conversation. He was truly sincere. I would book future trips with Rodeway Inn because of my recent visit.

It took 2 hours to heat up the room. Cold in Prescott this time of year.

The TV did not work the front desk person came to my room to try to fix it unable to also I had ripped sheets on my bed

Had trouble with door lock. They fixed as soon as possible.

Needs more parking, were working on it.
