Holiday Inn Express Prescott By IHG

The room was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice. The location was very nice.

For breakfast, all other Holiday Inns we have stayed offered turkey sausage together with pork sausage. This Holiday Inn did not offer turkey sausage. It was disappointing because we do not eat pork.

Room was big. Soap and shampoo were large. The breakfast was delicious.

Just that there wasn't a bathtub.

Very clean, looked new, breakfast was served late until 10 and had lots of options.

Clean environment clean rooms friendly helpful. staff

I would opt for the other side of the building next time away from the highway.

Accommodating staff. Great room with many usb ports and electrical outlets. Shower in accessible room was perfect. Automated curtain closures. Efficient temperature controls. Nice breakfast. Swimming pool & jacuzzi were indoors & heated.

Minor issue was the long distance from elevator to accessible room.

The rooms were updated and nice and clean.

Breakfast was just ok. In par with most hotel free breakfast though

This hotel is close to my son's home in Prescott Valley

There was something red on the ceiling and I did find a spot on the wall. I could not tell what it was.

Fresh and clean. Very colorful decor. The beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious!

Great service. Spacious room. Very clean. Delicious breakfast

Just wish I had more time ?

Consistently clean every visit, staff are always nice and accommodating, the location is walkable - nearby Costco, Trader Joe's, restaurants, nail salon, etc., as well as safe sidewalks.

Nope! We try to only stay at this property when in town.

The property is well maintained and clean. It is easy to walk to Costco, Trader Joes, a local mall and multiple restaurants. The gym is more than adequate and clean. There is a lot of room to hang out outside of your room.

Nope! It is one of our favorite properties and we visit several times a year.

Clean, modern, staff was nice and friendly. Indoor pool and hot tub.

The street noise was really bad and loud. I was really surprised to see a modern hotel with such thin window glass especially when built really close to the edge of a major highway.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and location

Extremely clean, excellent staff, modern updated rooms, just like home. Can¿t say enough good about this property! Great variety in their included breakfast.

Clean room. Nice shower. Very good breakfast with courtyard seating.

Breakfast is great. The beds are very comfortable and I¿m ordering the pillows they have there. Great night sleep. We had a suite and it was spacious.

We have no complaints.

Big clean new room. Staffs are friendly. Good breakfast.

Sound insulation is not good enough. My husband woke up at midnight due to others talking loudly in another room.

Very clean, friendly people and good location

Clean, windows can be opened for fresh air, staff are always nice, location is good for walking to stores or hiking trails. Costco is nearby.

Nope!
