Early check in. Location, cleanliness.

It's location is great. Being on Whiskey Row, there is a lot to do and see within walking distance.The hotel staff is friendly and really helpful. The Bistro is delicious. Rooms are clean. My favorite part has to be the speakeasy.

Location, upkeep of a vintage facility, restaurant food and entire staff was friendly and helpful.

A fridge in the room would be great but based on the age of the building I understand that it is not possible to run the electrical needs for this amenity.

This was such a great hotel, We loved i so much that we booked a second night while we were there. It was such a fun and unique place. The history and location were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again! The staff was excellent.

The barn door on the bathroom doesn?t cover the opening and the pillows were lumpy.

The location is walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Really good bakery next door. Free parking garage behind hotel. If you like staying in an old style hotel i would recommend this one.

It is a little loud but mostly on the weekend when the main square is busy. (Ear plugs provided in your room)

Room is very small. To be expected for the period the hotel was originally built.

The location is great and easy to get to. Staff is friendly and helpful. Although there is no parking lot specifically, there is a public parking lot very close and easily accessible.

Pillows were not great. Bed was comfortable and linens were great, but Pillows weren't good.

The location was amazing. Right on Whiskey Row! Clean rooms and amazing staff.

The location, the character, and the restaurant are outstanding, and the staff is very professional. There is parking, but you have to ask or read the placard in the room.

The parking is around the corner in the city lot, and I wish I had known that when I made the reservation or they told me at check-in.

For an older building it was very clean but not very large
