Quality Inn Prescott

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was very nice.

Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The room smelled bad, smoker room and other things. One day's breakfast staff didn't seem to like her job. I felt I was bothering her.

Minor scratches and dings in the room. Looks tacky. Smelt like smoke in my room

It’s great if you’re looking for a decent hotel on a budget. Pet friendly, even had a closed in dog area. However the rooms are pretty tiny. If you have a pet they will give you a pet-room, so expect an odor and some staining. Nice pool

How small the rooms are

I like the location of the hotel. It was easy to maneuver through Prescott.

I think the hotel rooms was too dark. If I opened the curtains to the room, there was the parking lot of the other hotel.

I NEEDED AN EXREA DAY DUE TO THE HOSPITAL NEEDING TO KEEP Y FELLOW OVE ONE MORE DAY ANDTHEY VEY NICELY TOOK CARE OF IT EVEN THOUGH LOTS OF PEOPLE WERE COMING IN THAT DAY!!

Clean nice staff decent parking

Hotel employee let me use his personal USB cord. Mine was on charger all night n didnt work. I thought that was very sweet of him

Room had hair in the bathroom and refrigerator had spilled milk. We had a pet (kennel trained) but the room smelled like dog pee very bad

Location and easy parking. Plus, it had an elevator.

Limited breakfast choices

It had a coffee maker in the room. And a microwave and a fridge. Just the basic amenities. So many hotels/motels do not these days. Happy dance.

This hotel was promoted on your site as having a "fitness center". There is none. A fitness center is a prerequisite for me and this hotel failed in that.

Close to venue we were going to attend.

Did not have more than two wheel chair accessible rooms. Did not honor my request for wheel chair accessible room

The bed The tub/shower was very slippery dangerous for an older person or anyone. Breakfast ( looked at it and decided not to eat it)

shower had no grab bars and was dangerous. Breakfast lacked any eggs, sausage, or other meat. No bagels. No english muffins. No toast. Just make your own waffles. Also -- not even a basic work out room.

Gentleman at the front desk was fantastic(wore an Outdoor Research hat, sorry I forgot his name). Very friendly/accommodating. Gave me extra toilet paper and extra cups for the bathroom w/o any hesitation.

there's really no place to hang a garment bag-hanger rack, is too short/small. My garment bag rested on the bottom of it. Aslo, shower water pressure was pretty weak. Don't see how anyone w/ thick hair could ever rinse it thoroughly.

Staff was nice, and hotel was clean.

Pictures were deceiving and did not match the room. Ice machine and fire pit were broken. Breakfast had very little options.
