Road noise was bad The volume on the TV was not loud enough we had to read captions Something wasn’t right with her thermometer so we were either cold or warm

location and how quiet the entire floor was. no loud tv - no kids running up and down the hall - no doors slamming - no ice machine noise - NOTHING! Amazing! Great breakfast, too!

Extremely clean from the lobby to the room and surrounding grounds. Dinner and breakfast meals were hot and fresh and service excellent.

I was charged an extra $38 fee for what I don't know. This was NOT listed anywhere as to where, when or why it was added. Aren't the prices high enough???

The welcoming, the cookies, the coffee, food and our room everything was perfect.

The room accommodates my family?s needs, it was very clean and walking distance to Whiskey Row

Friendly staff, clean and safe hotel, with modern features. The room was great, and the location was fabulous.

This Hotel ranks at one of my top stays! The unique character of the hotel and cleanliness was superior! The Lobby, Bar, Restaurant and patios over looking the creek are best in town. The historic bridge towering over the pool was a sight to see.

My rooms heat made a loud creak when turning off. Every other hotel offers complimentary coffee in the lobby this hotel charged for absolutely everything

Everything website said free breakfast.there was nothing free in this hotel a coffee was 3 dollars n a water was 4 staff were very rude and jugemental.

Modern, comfortable bed and useful amenities. Close to many food places. Staff was helpful and friendly

Not too much. They obviously don¿t care about the customer. We stayed one night to use the hot tub.My girlfriend had a reaction to the heavy chlorine in the hot tub. Headache,nausea.throwing up.I went to the front desk to talk to them about the issue.

And asked for true readings of the spa. I own a pool company I know the chlorine was dangerously high. But instead of admitting there was an issue. They called the police to escort us out of the hotel. I barely raised my voice. And was calm¿¿

The hotel was super clean, well maintained and it was a great location. The staff was very friendly and the amenities were great!

The hotel overbooked and we were not given the room we were guaranteed. We had to switch rooms the second day in order to get the room we were promised.

We had to wait an hour past the check in time to check in due to housekeeping.

Great location, modern features, nice bar, patio and restaurant. Clean fitness center as well.

The street noise was AWFUL, we both had an awful night sleep due to being on the main road. Also, even pre-Covid not providing NEW bathroom products is gross! We got 1/2 used conditioner. Yuck!
