Great location. Beautiful decor. Spacious room. Loved being about to stream tv.
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Sheets were scratchy. For the cost of the stay I expected a more comfortable sleeping experience.

The hotel is beautiful, it's in a great location and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff were great as well, and they cleaned my room everyday, which is a great bonus these days. I thought the restaurants were very good too, with very good meals. I was there for an event, and the catering for one of the social days was really amazing.
The hotel was a bit noisy, even at night. It seemed like the noise was coming from an equipment (not the HVAC in the room).

The location of the hotel is in the center of Phoenix and lots of restaurants are nearby. The room was clean and spacious. In addition, the complimentary self parking was very nice.
The breakfast options at the lounge can be improved to include further options.

How clean and up to date the rooms was. The breakfast at the bar was convenient and affordable. I liked how close the hotel was to the convention center.
I did not like the high prices in the shop. I expect prices to be higher due to convenience but not that high especially for phone charging cords.

Quiet, clean, hotel is kept up nicely.
Only complaint was room 845 the shower head had some build up of hard water. So the water wasn’t coming out fully or was partly spraying. For the price I paid, should been working better with better water pressure.

Excellent location in mid town and very close to Phoenix convention center, excellent and very friendly staff who were very supportive. Miss Sarah in the reception was of great help. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I took a room with club access, and that made a big difference. The club was very comfortable with excellent food provided for breakfast. Thank you all

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are comfortable and the restaurant had very nice food.
The first night the room next to us had a party and was extremely loud. We couldn't sleep that first night. Fortunately, they changed our room the next day and we were able to rest.

The location is great and the rooms are very nice. They also allowed for (very) early check-in. For the price, it was unfortunate that the body wash was empty in the shower, but the large tub was appreciated. I did not swim, as it was in the early 70s and mid-60s in January, but the pool looked nice as well.
A charge for over $250 showed on my bank account days after my stay. I was hung up on by the automated system after having to select several options to learn more, and when I called back, the guest services attendant said they could not help and transferred me to the same system that had hung up on me. If this happens, select the option to not be recorded (you will understand if you have to navigate their automated system). They ultimately stated it was just a $260 hold, but this excessive "hold" was charged three days after checking out, which after years of traveling for work, I understand is an uncommon hold protocol. The young man who works at the gift shop also scared me away not long after entering. He would not leave me alone and kept approaching me and saying things in a somewhat aggressive tone that suggested innuendo. And he invaded my personal space when I tried to enter an aisle to end the (one-way, unwelcome and disquieting) conversation. It unexpectedly made me feel very unsafe, even in a public space, and was uniquely unsettling.
