Clarion Inn Kingman I-40 Route 66

I was unable to stay at the hotel because my friend tried to check in and they would not allow her to since she’sa Kingman resident.

The clerk was rude when my friend was asking about staying there. I was on the phone with her and could hear how rude he was.

Hard to locate, poor parking

The indoor pool is lovely. It is clear and clean and heated perfectly. Pool hours close at 10:00pm but is great for an evening lap swim.

Staff was friendly

There was clothes hanging from the shower curtain bar. It smelled bad.

Very clean, cart for luggage and elevator. I traveled in 113 heat, so had to bring everything to my room. Nice vreakfast.

The room was clean and breakfast choices good

Terrible location and almost impossible to get in the hotel to check in! The lobby is only accessible by a very narrow two way "driveway". The room was TINY!! Smallest I've staying in ever. The front desk guy couldn't have cared less.

The breakfast and the indoor pool was heated.

The rooms have carpeting and I am not a fan of carpeting in hotel rooms.

Door to side parking lot opens out on the wrong side. Elevator and Bathroom was HOT. We propped open the bathroom door when not in use to cool it down. Hotel needs a renovation.

The customer service person was very helpful and was at the counter when I got there to check in.

Maybe get newer sheets and air fresheners in restroom

Clean, relaxing, and staff friendly

They offered an onsite limited dinner bistro which was convenient after a day of driving.

The breakfast staff was rude and rushed everyone out by shutting down, throwing out food while people were finishing breakfast. The elevator was not operating properly and the door stuck halfway open.

It¿s close proximity to the freeway

Narrow space in front of checking office. Back door to rear parking lot broken.

I injured my back and had no way to cancel my reservation due to your rigid policies. I plan to visit Kingman in the future, but could not postpone my reservation. I will no longer use Priceline services when I travel.

Nice indoor pool

Lumpy, soft bed which made for a horrible nights sleep. Thin walls, hearing person watching Tv in room next to ours sound like we were in a disco, the sounds and bass vibrating the walls. Loud thumping noises. Never will we stay here again.

Easy access to the freeway

The parking made me suspicious. It was in the back of the hotel with a back fence. Made me nervous about break-ins but nothing happened. Never had parking like that with a hotel. People by the door to the parking lot.. smoking cigarettes and weed.

conveniently located near freeway. Best hotel for the price going into spring break week.

Parking a little inconvenient. narrow drive along hotel to back lot and and a bit of an uphill walk back up to the front entrance to check in.

Staff is Amazing . Outstanding clean rooms, excellent Breakfest, Tv is great many good channelsc

Nothing all Good

Great treatment by staff. Great breakfast. Swimming pool was wonderful.

They had a great hot breakfast, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was very clean.

It wasn't the hotel's fault, but there were people in the room next to us that were up all night; talking, banging things around, going in and out of their room -pretty noisy. Otherwise, the hotel was great!

They had a great breakfast and a swimming pool that was relaxing.

The fitness center didn't have a universal machine.
