Great value, excellent staff, clean and comfortable.

Lots of parking! Has a laundry room!

Very dated! Ceilings were stained and in need of repair! Need trash cans outside!

The indoor pool and breakfast.

The hotel seemed to be short staffed. When we got in at around 7pm, I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to return to the front desk, along with 3 other parties.

This hotel had a nice pool as well as a gym to workout in. The breakfast was awesome. Lots of choices.

No, the overall experience exceed our expectations as usual. We have stayed at this hotel more than once.

From the moment I enter the door I got a feeling of care and the desk clerk warmly reassured me. It was late that night and we only got a few hours of sleep Bur the room was so clean and I had the best sleep feeling warm and comfortable. Breakfast too!

Loved the accommodation and would definitely stay again.

room keys didn't work, breakfast was poor smoke alarm keep going off, should have daily housekeeping without asking. Needs major overhaul its been over 10 years.Couldn't get into the pool with our key.

Very clean and amenities

Keys issued didn't work door lock. Had 2 new keys issued but only 1worked. Hotel assured me this issue has been addressed and being rectified.

The room was large and had good lighting. The bathroom door opened wide and it was a big bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The tub/shower wasn¿t accessible. A chair was dirty/stained. Only one trash can in the room besides the bathroom and they ran out of extra blankets.

This hotel was short handed and my room was kind of worn. But TV had lots of channels and the bed was comfortable. traveled across the country back and forth and I stayed in many large hotels that appeared to have few customers. tough times for hotels

The room is clean, staff are very friendly and good buffet breakfast

They have the most uncomfortable pillows I ever had. I wasn¿t able to get a good night rest because my neck and shoulders hurt from the pillows, on top of the noise from both inside the neigboring rooms and outside.

Hamptons normally provide some sort of continental breakfast, this did not provide anything, except coffee by reception area. It was the only one, in our trip, that did not; others did it, while maintaining current health measures.

Too many animals, room was hot the entire time, hotel smelled terrible. Would not recommend
