There were huge wet boxes full of furniture all over the parking lot. It seems that they are in the middle of redesigning the rooms. The Hot Tub was not working.

Nice job remodeling of older building; very roomy shower; great breakfast; staff very friendly & welcoming

Inadequate lighting in shower; outside stairwells not conveniently located; personally despise hotel entrance from outside ~ isn't as safe or quiet.

The breakfast was very good.

Just old and run down. Mattress and pillows were awful.

The ample space for a family of 6. Clean bathrooms and wonderful hot breakfast.

I found a few strings of hair on the pillows, I booked my hotel in advanced and had to pay a $50 deposit and I wasn?t informed of that in the email prior to my arrival.

Didn?t realize the rooms are accessed via the outdoors. Steps to our second floor room were bordering on dangerous and in need of repair, though there is an elevator centrally located.

The staff was polite. They reached out afterwards and apologized for the negative experience.

The hotel room was very dirty. Trash in the trash cans, hair in the shower, and body wash container was empty.

Filthy room. Stained bedspreads and sheets. Blood or ketchup? On wall of bathroom.

Did not replace the coffee pods second day. Ants on sink area. Didn¿t replace towels

The location was the best part.

It was noisy. Beds were uncomfortable. The rooms had been remodeled allegedly but nothing about it said it had been remodeled. This is a 2 star hotel disguised as a 3 star stay. Will not book here again.

This had better be refunded since the hotel canceled my reservation after they took my money. Ran my card for incidentals. Then said the machine to make the room keys was down but proceeded to make cards for the guest that came in after me.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable and included many small features to make it even more cozy. Check-in was super easy and the beds were AMAZING, super comfortable.

The ONLY suggestion I have is to TRASH THE BATH TOWELS. I use white bath towels at home as well and after many, many washes they start getting stiff and crunchy. Time to trash them and buy more. Besides the scratchy bath towels EVERYTHING else was great!

Room was good, but breakfast was great. Proximity to good Mexican restaurants is a plus.

The breakfast was great. There was a nice piece of grass for our puppy. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfy.

The toilet was too low and small. Since this was a remodeled older motel there were big gaps around the door and the door opens directly to the outside.

The staff was friendly and room was large because it was a handicap room. Good breakfast.

Beds were terrible! The mattresses were both slanted and need to be replaced. We slept horribly.

The pool, jacuzzi and staff were great. I felt very safe once in the room.

The pool and spa were filthy. It was clear (by the unclear water) that it was not cleaned or serviced properly. The facilities were very dated and one of the outlets in our room didn't work. This place should not have had the rating it showed online.
