Rodeway Inn Kingman Route 66

Price was great and staff is always nice.

It's old, and a lot of the "working parts" of the room are aged.

Good location, nice staff

Found bugs in the bedding, and in the sheer curtains. The toilet needs attention as it appears that the Tank has been leaking, and has lots of grunge growing on the back. Room had a bad odor but a little air freshener helped.

The was not clean; food and trash on the floor.

It was more a motel. It was on a hill, so to drive around to the back level - on could park outside your room - the halls (and room doors) were on the outside. One level had no steps up to the room. Another only 3 steps, another had 12 steps.

Filthy, not clean at all. We had to actually wipe down the door with antibacterial wipes because it was so black. The whole room was nasty, and didn¿t make you feel comfortable. We will never stay there again.

It was perfect for the price. Staff was great and extremely helpful. The room was clean, smelled good, and everything worked.

It was more than I expected for the affordable cost.

The outdoor pool was long and unheated, which was perfect as there was plenty of space to swim and enjoy the refreshing water during the heat of the day. The room had plenty of space and a good working refrigerator with a freezing section.

The hotel staff was mixed: one person at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the other one was curt and unfriendly.

People I interacted with were super friendly.

Very run down. Holes in the carpet, hole in the bathroom door, broken cover on air conditioner, etc. No breakfast

The rooms were filthy. Floor boards missing. Cockroaches by the refrigerator. Smelled of urine. Dingy looking linen¿s & towels. No breakfast. Paint pealing, torn lamp shades. Mold all over the bath/shower. Torn & stained fabric on the chairs. Locks on do

Strange layout for light switches. Thin blankets so had to keep the temperature up in the room. While the room appeared to be clean, the room showed much wear and tear; white paint was yellowed, etc. While i could stay there again, i would prefer not to.

There were roaches in the bathroom. We were moved to another room but still felt very uneasy.

The guy that checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was immaculate, very comfy beds with fresh clean linen. Overall we were super surprised and thrilled at how nice the room was.

Rude staffs! Room has the smell of cigarette/weeds smoking. Too noisy to sleep

Location. Easy access to everywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast, though advertised, didn¿t exist except for coffee, which was almost undrinkable. Room was loud and clustered close to other occupied rooms.

It is a Very Low Price Stay when driving through Kingman. You get what you pay for - no complaints. I've stayed in much worse for far more money. I've stayed at this lodging on several occasions.

The man behind the desk was nice and personable.

All information said free breakfast. We didn¿t find out they were still cutting their expenses until check out.

One of the better Motels I've stayed in. Good for motel expectations.
