- I took one look in the room and the outside people loitering around, I took the loss and went to another hotel in Flagstaff.

- Location very ran down facility, employee hard to understand and would never stay there.
- No light by bed for reading Small towels
- Bed was small, not even a queen size. There was no hair dryer. All the drawers and cupboards had the hardware (knobs) installed on the inside of the drawer or cupboards. There was no ambience and the linens and towels did not smell clean.
