- The maintenance is very bad, the lawns are up to 4 feet with weeds, the garbage in the outside areas have been full for sometime, the outside kitchen sinks both full of black water. Dog poop on front entrance noWi-Fi as advertised. Pit furniture rotted.
- Outdoors landscaping was shabby, the parking locations not defined, no layout map provided to know where the breakfast lounge was located. Breakfast was mediocre.

I¿m 68 years young , so carrying suitcases up stairs was challenging
Hotel employee was very hospitable during our stay. Would like to return for Halloween in July! She gave us a tour of the big house and it was beautiful. Great stay! We stayed in the David Bowie room and it was decorated w albums and a recorded player
Everything was great w no concerns/complaints
The best way to describe it, and its not a hotel but a mansion is that its amazing .
Check in was a bit different that a traditional check in that you may be accustomed to
