Pros +
- nostalgic decor in room
- It was a very historic hotel and had some interesting architecture.
- The location was good.
Cons -
- bed was terrible as were the pillows
- It was in need of some updating. The Oriental room we rented was right above the bar which had a jam session that night. If we had known we would have selected a different night or hotel. The music did stop at 10 which helped.
- There were 25 stairs up to our room. No elevator. This should have been disclosed somehow. For those of us with mobility issues this was a problem. Also, we could hear the awful music from the bar.

Very accommodating hotel and staff. The hotel was purchased in September from the previous owner. The new owners are 100% committed to making this one of the finest hotels in Bisbee.
Staff was the best. Clean rooms in a great location.
Parking might be difficult if it's a busy weekend.
Location in town
Very loud dj party started up next door at hotel bar at 1100 and went til 115 in the AM. We knew there was live music but we¿re told they¿d start at 7 and be done by 1030. We won¿t be back.
Hotel employee was absolutely amazing! She checked us in, made us drinks behind the bar, made us a wonderful breakfast in the kitchen. She wears many hats there and is the best! Shout out to Amy also at breakfast!
The rooms are just ok. You can hear everything from your room.
Location, history, staff
Heating/Cooling in this 100 + year old last historic property updated in the 80â≢s is not adequate. Our room had no heat flowing from the and the bedding was not adequate to keep us warm! Asking another guest about their room they stated it was way too h
The Bisbee Grand is the coolest Hotel and in the best location in old Bisbee. The hotel is maintained in tip top shape and the bar was originally ordered from Sears & Roebuck, delivered by train. Stayed in the Captains suite, a two bedroom full bath.
The location
Customer service needs a lot of improvement. The free parking was free but was public parking. It was very difficult to find a parking spot.
Good location
Very hot room. Not much air from AC
The quaint decor and the privacy, along with the nice balconies in both front and back.
No way to call the "front desk" for any services, since the saloon is their front desk.
I reserved a specific room. At check-in I was informed that the room was double booked and I had been moved to a different room...this is a themed-room hotel. I was pretty annoyed at switching to a room with a theme I don't enjoy and have no interest in.
This hotel is located on the main street area so very walk able for shopping and seeing the town. The room seemed clean, although it was hard to see because of the dim lighting.Staff in the saloon where you have to register was helpful.
Our room 5 was very dark because of the dark red ceiling and woodwork, dim lighting, and it was on the back of the building. Breakfast came with the stay but it was at 8 a.m., too late for us early risers and so we left. The TV was difficult to navigate.
Great location; right in center of historic Bisbee.
Theres usually a band playing in the saloon downstairs. If you want to be part of that, great. If not, Ias long as your room is far enough away, its not a big deal, but a few rooms are directly above and noisy until 11.
Central location and included breakfast.
We were not informed that our room was over the bar and that live music would play until 2:30am. We got no sleep.
After we arrived in this historic hotel, we learned that our room, the Victorian Suite, lives a ghost. Although she didn't make herself known, it was great fun. In addition to that it was a grand suite that far exceeded our expectations. Affordable.
The Grand Hotel is like stepping back in history. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast delicious andwe were close to everything we wanted to do in Bisbee.
Nice location in central Bisbee. Historic feel to room
Cleanliness lacking and staff were not in line with star level. My idea of breakfast does not include it being served someone barefoot and in dirty sweatpants and a t-shirt.
Lovely staff; this is a hotel where guests lock themselves up at night and the staff downstairs goes home. A pleasant experience, sort of bonding the guests. Historic building, well cared for.
Our room was quite small and my husband felt very confined in it. The sheets have polyster, resulting in night sweats.
