- The room looked nothing like the photos. I expected wood/laminate flooring as I prefer to avoid carpeted hotel rooms; when I opened the door, I was immediately disappointed to step onto carpet. Additionally, the bathroom and shower had hair from the previous visitor or visitors, as I cannot really determine how long ago the shower had been cleaned properly. There was hair and crumbs all over the surfaces and carpet, as well as personal items and alcohol bottles hidden all over the room from previous visitors. Ultimately, I was uncomfortable due to lack of cleanliness and the bed was firm as a board.
