Courtyard by Marriott Bentonville Rogers Promenade

It was clean and close to where we needed to be.

No free coffee or other refreshments in lobby.

Convenient, clean, quiet.

Pillows. So flat. Not good quality. Would have enjoyed a clean pair of sheets in the 4 nights we stayed.

Convenient location, clean hotel, friendly staff, nice workout area

The pool was a little green, but not a big deal

Location was great a lot of things in the area

Super clean

Room was clean and big. Loved the layout with the couch and the tv mount so you could turn it.

The shower head didn’t work right and didn’t like that the shower door remained open to the bathroom.

Modern, clean, great location. Great service.

There was a lot going on in the area so the price was pretty high when we stayed there.

The property was very clean. The pool and lounge area was very nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It was very close to restaurants and shopping.

Loved pool..lobby and rooms

The water pressure in shower was only complaint

nice clean rooms

The continental breakfast was definitely disappointing. I don't think a choice of bagel or muffin, yogurt or a fruit cup, that was barely 1/4 cup constitutes a continental breakfast. ?

Breakfast was expensiveMattress very concave Loud noise. Not sure if heating/air or laundry

Location. Bed was soft. Spacious shower.

Room was not cleaned when we arrived. There was trash all around and under the night stands. Constantly humming noise from air unit. TV wasn’t working either. WiFi connection was subpar.

Great location, quiet, nice room, clean, and comfortable bed.

No storage or shelving in the bathroom for amenities.

Clean and quiet. Staff was friendly

New and very clean facilities. It was a bit expensive but it was a weekend for the Sting Concert.

The bed was comfortable; the courtyard was lovely. The staff was friendly.

The pool was on the east side and wasn't warm at all; the TVs weren't compatible with using a USB stick so we had to stand in a hallway to use a computer; the coffee and 2 lemon blueberry pancakes were overpriced.

Location and comfort

Lack of total cleaning in the room during stay

Convenient

The room smelled musty or like a dirty old man.. I realize overtime places get old and dated but the lamp shade had brown stains all over it. For the amount of money it cost along with no breakfast I won't choose to stay there again

The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was very friendly . The location was great for eating and shopping.

I wish you would have had a different coffee. Not everyone likes Starbucks. They ran out of scones. We were down early too. But that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Fresh and modern look, and the area was super cute! right next to a shopping center and a great area!
