Homewood Suites by Hilton Bentonville-Rogers

Well kept and so spacious

The bed was way to firm. We suggest pillow top mattresses so those who like firm not too soft and those that like soft not to firm. Happy medium. Loved everything about hotel but mattress.

The room was nice

We arrived at the hotel around midnight, the fits are locked, we lived up the phone and could hear it ringing at the desk yet the scared night lady never cane out. She called the police instead. Once the officer arrived she opened the door right away.

The elevator closest to the room was broken and used stairs instead of the elevator.

Clean clean clean! Staff was very kind and attentive. Rooms were spacious.

It was a little hard to find at first.

When we travel to NW Arkansas we stay in Fayettville but this time we decided to stay in Rogers to play top golf and go to one of the wife's favorite restaurant.

Room size

The suite was across from the pool where kids screamed until about 10:30 PM. The desk lamp was missing a light bulb. It wasn¿t burned out, there was no light bulb installed. The microwave turntable did not spin when reheating food.

The location was perfect for our needs, the suite was very nice and comfortable.

We prefer firmer mattresses, but that is our preference. We had some difficulty getting the key cards to work on the lock, and the housekeeper did not show up to clean our room. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

they stole my money leaving me, and my daughter would nowhere to go. That was all my money. They kicked us out because of an issue at a different hotel that I was going to pay but the syringes were not mine. I found them in my room at the residence inn

I was treated extremely wrong! I was willing to pay the fee for the other hotel, but instead this hotel took my money, let me check in and then told me I needed to leave and kept my money. The only money I had to make sure my daughter and I had somewhere

Great breakfast! A little different variety daily. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins, potatoes, cereal, coffee, milk, and juice. Room was large and very clean. Staff was friendly.

This hotel was just as advertised, we got exactly what we expected which is most important. The staff were inviting, polite, and helpful. The room's convient corner location close to the elevator was a plus. Breakfast was nice. I'd stay here again!

The room's technology is a bit dated. I'm not complaining though, it was perfect for our stay and I'm completely satisfied!

Super clean. Easy to find. Great location and near a lot but still Super quiet at night. Lots of amenities in the room. Wasn¿t expecting a full Size fridge and a stove top!

Really well done. The hotel wad clean and well cared for, the inner Courtyard added appeal, the breakfast was good as was the seating, and the accommodations were great. Very pleased

elevator was out of order. Had to use a second one in other side of the hotel. Made quite a walk from lobby to room 323. otherwise it was a great stay.

Great price for a very nice room, especially if you were staying more than one night. Very comfortable eating area for breakfast.

Pillows were too big for my liking. Front desk could not help with connecting with WiFi which we were unable to do.

Large room and bathroom. Bed was great. Coffee very good. Hotel staff helpful and pleasant. I always stay with Hilton properties. First time at a Homewood Suites. I liked it very much.

Busy intersection and hotels sit behind retail. Even with gps challenge to find.

Just swimming pool 1 hour sign up things for kids. That's not enough, but we understand it's because of Pandemic Covid 19 !

As described! Staff were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding! Pool was immaculate! Room was spotless!
