Location and breakfast was excellent.

Dirty and outdated.

I booked an almost 200 room, and did not having a working toilet (unable to flush) Nor was I able to be moved to a different room

There was a musty smell in my room. I've stayed here several times, and this is the first time I've encountered this issue. I didn't bring it to anyone's attention.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good with many choices. I would stay there again.

We could hear any and everyone in the hallway. The breakfast was very limited as far as choices that contained any protein. The eggs were pretty yucky.

Friendliness of staff and location.

No phone hook-up in room, no vacuum vent in bathroom so it steamed up, lumpy bed, no air in lobby, added extra nights for 5/12 and 5/18 but had to argue with Manager over 5/18 room rate after we were confirmed price match, no TV guide and lousy programing

The staff was very friendly. From the front desk, to the breakfast coordinator to housekeeping.

Convenient location, parking lot was well lit, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked wonderfully

The room was basically clean except for the Cheerios that were left in the corner by the previous guest. So a thorough vacuuming after each guest would be good. Otherwise it makes one wonder if they¿re even doing a proper wipe down considering COVID

We were at hotel at check-in time. Got room over 30 minutes late. An hour before check-in time she said our room was the only room that wasn't ready.

It was a good location. Happy to see they¿re still doing complimentary breakfast. The young lady working that was very pleasant and attentive

room was close to rear entrance so we could hear parking lot traffic and people coming in and out most of the night. carpet felt ¿sticky¿. bathtub did not drain so while taking a shower you stand in the water. Front desk didn¿t seem concerned about this

Staff was very accommodating. I called ahead with my requirements and manager met me at the door to help.

Parking was pretty tight for vehicles with trailers but with managers help I was taken care of.

The included hot breakfast with different varieties of fresh juices was wonderful especially when served by such a friendly person. I highly recommend this hotel! There is also a laundry room available for use.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

The floors were dirty. After walking on the floors for 2 hrs my daughter's feet were black.

Swimming pool closed with no notice when we booked, under renovation with no notice when we booked, room was old and worn, suite had no separation between rooms.

Great location,easy check-in and out. Awesome breakfast. Clean!!!!

WiFi speed was good. Breakfast was free. Easy to find.

Carpet in room was wet. Room was too humid unless A/C was kept running. Property not well maintained.

bath tub was very slick. No non-slip mat or coating. slipped getting into shower.
