well the pool wasnt usable. all four of the washer and dryers were broke, the coffee pot in my room broke. and the staff was rude as hell.

Price, location, staff. I’ve stayed there before and enjoyed the visit.

Breakfast. This visit , the Gravy and waffle mix were WAY watered down. Very disappointing. Room door appeared to have had a previous break-in. Made the stay a little unsettling.

Price was reasonable

The room the gave me smelled real bad. I tried to tolerate the smell thefirst night but the second day Flys was in my room. I ask for a different room but the lady at the desk said I had to wait until she look at the room but she never came.

Nice an clean room had a whirlpool tub, had a very good breakfast let us check out a lil late, overall very nice experience.

I liked being left alone! Pretty clean fresh room. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, so I did some extra wiping down of surfaces and the remote. Mostly quiet. The iron worked! A lot of space for really getting settled in. Nice view of the pool.

Other hotel guests not wearing masks. Fitness center wasn't getting wiped down everyday and the spray bottles for guests to wipe machines down themselves weren't working.

Staff was great. I needed extra blanket and the cleaning staff got one right away.

I was ready for real breakfast and was sad there was no bacon and eggs and toast

It had smoking rooms

Yes the cleaning staff did not come around when they were needed and the phone didn't work

Comfortable beds

I didn't like that I booked two rooms with two double beds and when I got to the check-in I was informed that those two rooms were not by each other and were not on the same floor so my family and I had to be separated. It was an inconvenience

The staff was not friendly. The breakfast was horrible. They gave us a brown paper bag with a cold sausage biscuit with crackers and a bottle of water. I asked for an extra pillow they said there was none available. They were skittles in the floor.

we booked this room from our phone while on the highway. 30 minutes later we had a quick and easy check in process.

It looks like they've tried to upgrade the rooms with new color schemes. Underneath the new linens, and new chair....you can see the 'tiredness' of the room. Bed seemed to be higher at feet level. Fridge was stinky. Otherwise good overall.

I had to pay a Damage Deposit of $50 on my first stay a month ago and I have still not received my money back. I had to pay again this stay and still no credit back. We left the room in pristine condition

Spiders, dirty carpets, empty beer boxes hidden behind chairs.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Indoor hotel was nice during rainy week. I liked the room setup and they actually had cable, not three channels like most hotels. Breakfast was included and delicious.

Key card kept getting demagnetized. Maid service came really early and never came back through if turned away to sleep in. Went two days w/o maid service because we like to sleep past 8am. (Had multiple bookings)

The location was perfect in relation to the airport and where I was working.

The room I had was a smoking room.

Overall hotel was fine. The hot breatfast was very nice. Better than just pastries and coffee...

Took almost 30 minute for hot water for a shower!!!

Very decent place. Well lit grounds, clean & room had a nice desk, nice a/c unit. Manager keeps a close eye on everything going on. No druggies or low life's hanging around. Very secure.

Wifi was intermittent. Furnishings a little older.
