Room was dirty and no maid service

Room had bad smell like mildew. Carpet stains. Hotel not in in best area. Nothing within walking distance. They claim free coffee but there was none. Will gladly pay more to stay elsewhere in the future. I do not recommend this hotel

Staff were friendly and helpful. Lost my room key first night and staff was glad to issue another after hours. Great staff. Plenty of cable TV channels. I would stay again

Freeway runs right in front of hotel. Lots of noise from freeway traffic. Carpet had lots of stains. Local police were driving around like predators trying to catch people coming out of their room at night so they could harass them. Stayed in my room

the idea of night window is ok but it can get you frustrated after standing in the night, feeling unsafe about surrounding and waiting for over 5min for staff to react. too close to highway, too noisy to sleep. room smells bad, and i got bit by bed-bug..

Price and location worked for my trip

The hotel's hot water heater went out. We received a call at 9:00pm informing us. 10:00am following day still no hot water!! Still waiting to be reimbursed for my inconvenience! WILL NOT STAY AGAIN

Room was spacious

There was a HUGE cockroach in the toilet, sheets were obviously dirty. Couldn't sleep.

Terrible staff... front desk lady kept me outside in cold for 25 mins... eventhough i had a reservation

Hotel was clean, easy to access, polite staff.

Worst bed ever. It was like laying on a spring. Arrived at 730 pm and left at 1030 pm to find another hotel.

Bargain basement price, good location close to lots of dining, big clean room with kingsize bed, mini fridge, microwave, and 32" flatscreen TV, furniture in good condition, clean bathroom, good laundry facilities, attentive and friendly staff

Property itself is dated and some of it is in disrepair. Towels are stained,. There was a stained ironing board but no iron in the room. Mattress might be too firm for some

I like the hotel because check in is easy and fast and the attended courteous

No pool, no computer setup, sink leaked , sheets not white and stained

Found dirty used soap in our shower. Trash beside our fridge. Towels had stains on them.
