Yhe guy at the front desk was awesome.

It was a non smoking building and people were smoking cigarettes and weed.

I never slept in the room they showed me three rooms and I was not happy on either room no refund no nothing not happy at all

They were remodeling on every single room I was in and the AC/ heat didn't work.

Did not give us the room we paid for. A week in advance of our arrival we requested a king size bed room. The put us in a queen size room and said that was all that was left.

Nothing besides location and the need for a place to sleep to get though the next day (holiday the demand to see family and make the expectations to be at work. I work in the medical field) I only liked was distance from work and family. Nothing else

Who books a room with only 13 channels to watch on TV, it's no smoking but the whole 4rd floor smelled like marijuana. No dnd signs for the rooms, I was undressing for a shower and seen a ROACH ¿¿ crawling up the wall.. (I have pictures) and interrupti

Great location for visiting Little Rock Air Force Base. Bed was nice. It was everything you expect in a two star motel

No coffee.

The housekeeping staff was friendly and the gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly. That was the only good part.

it's a cheap room, you can't have grand expectations. Pillows were flat, a smell was in the bed, room blower was in the room, and there was a bare outlet. But I was able to have a quiet and safe night so ok. Necessities were there.

Proximity to food and a Walmart

Rooms are maintained differently. One room is great, then the next has burn holes in the blanket, dirty towels, lights that don't work, cobweb corner above the curtain, and dirty spots on pillow cases.

Ease and quickness of check-in

This was my 4th stay at this hotel and it will be my last. I work late and on every single one of my stays here I was flat-out harrassed by hotel staff prior to check-out time. This time a call from front desk and 3 times housekeeping knocking repeatedly.

Location

The place was filthy. My daughter's feet turned very black walking on the floor. There were drug deals going on outside and shady characters. The toilet in one room didn't work.

They are remodeling and leaving paint everywhere all over the floors it seems like the last time they mopped the floor was months ago the only washer on all 3 floors doesnt work and the ice machines none but one on the first floor

Our room was very clean with super friendly staff! I was shocked at the bad reviews as we have stayed here many times! This hotel has none of the issues mentioned in the bad reviews! They will not tolerate guests who continuely disturb other guests!

Leaving

It was SO bad that even though we paid for two nights in advance, we checked out the first morning. The place was dirty, staff unhelpful, no noise insulation from outside or neighboring rooms, no coffee, no spare anything. This place is an absolute dump

Hotel employee at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The only problem that I had was minor. You had to hold the toilet handle down until it finished flashing.

Convenience of location and rates were reasonable.Could be more clear on o f fees and promotions.

Desk clerk and management seems to be mad most interactions between us.

People hanging around the side entrance, hallways were dirty,trash everywhere.
