Diamond Inn Forrest City I-40

There were bugs. Burn holes in the bedding. Requested a non smoking room room smelled like an ash tray the lights didn’t work for half the time and the clerk couldn’t even find my reservation. Lobby coffee came out of the machine like sludge

Wonderful value. It appears this motel got new owners 6 months ago. It's clean, updated, sanitary, safe, quiet.  were very attentive and friendly.

Insects not toilet paper tv was on the floor , no shampo

I did not like anything

Far enough away from the road to reduce noise from passing traffic.

Check-in. It was extremely difficult to hear behind a plate glass window (lobby was kept locked; check-in was done via an exterior window).

Lady at the front very nice n thoughtful.

Room looked like there was a paintball war with paint n crayons. Place was clean but looked very messy. No refrigerator. Sheets n towels were clean.

Staff was rude and the room had bugs in the bathroom and in the room . I would not recommend staying here to anyone. The staff was rude and did not care once you booked.

The colorful bed spred. The price was budget friendly.

The Luke warm shower water.

The room was not clean. The door opened outside and did not seal, so all kinds of bugs came into the room. The carpet was tore down to the nails. I found pills on the carpet. The only reason we stayed was because we slept with a loaded pistol

The TV didn't work, there are flies in the room, the water pressure was poor the carpet by the door was torn and missing, there was a large gap in the door where I assume the flies were coming in. Staff was not helpful in resolving any issues.

Efficient front desk

Room had about 1/6 of one roll of tp when we arrived Tv remote did not work & channel selector on tv did not work, so we had one channel to watch after a 12 hour drive that day We were at breakfast at 7, but most breakfast stuff was empty

Unfortunately when I pulled into the parking lot I knew I could not check in. The hotel was very run down and people hanging outside. I've stayed at 2 star hotels before and I'm expecting it to be very basic but not unsafe.

Front desk gave me keys to room that had someone else in it. N when I was given another key to a different room I rated poorly.

I didn't like anything about the hotel.

The room looked clean until you walked barefoot across the floor. The carpets are dirty and the curtains had holes in them. I would not use this American Best Value Inn again. I will take my business to someone else.

It had a bed

They could not find my reservation, even with my reservation number, it took 30 or more minutes to get checked in and get my room key at 3 am!

The location and how close it was to the 40 freeway.... All the food restaurants was in walking distance ....

The telephone didn't work and the bathtub was stop up... The toilet kepts backing up .....

Absolutely nothing

Charged my an extra $20 To have a double bed room and it had to be cash. No coffee pot, no cups, no soap, place was filthy.

Made my reservation online and when I arrived at the hotel the clerk did not have any record of my reservation. I spent the next 45 minutes trying to fix my reservation.

Very reasonable price. Great location and friendly staff.

It was dirty. We were put in a smoking room, even as we asked for non. Then we had to switch. There were holes in the wall stuffed with tissues, and the peephole had tissue stuck in it as well.
